Hello,
And welcome to this InnerTeen Connection Reading.
Today I will be providing you an oracle reading to connect to your inner teenager.
I will explore this connection to your inner teen as an important aspect of healing and reconnecting to your divine self.
To begin,
I am going to ask you to join me as we take a deep breath in,
Followed by a deep breath out.
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
I ask you to clear your mind as I pull from my deck now.
Keep in mind this reading isn't for a particular day,
But whenever you find yourself intuitively listening to this recording.
The deck I will be using is Believe in Your Own Magic oracle deck by Amanda Lovelace.
Let's begin.
The card I have in front of me is Mirror.
Treat your body like the palace it is.
The card in front of me tells me that your inner teen wants you to take care of your body.
Your body is the only home you truly have.
You have your body until you depart this world,
So you might as well take care of it.
Your inner teen needs more discipline and structure.
Discipline and structure can be working out and keeping to a workout schedule.
It can be sleeping at a time you promised yourself you would go to sleep.
It could be eating better or making a meal plan.
It could be drinking more water.
It could be cutting down on takeout.
The options are endless,
But in this moment,
You need to provide more discipline and structure for your inner teen because chances are you didn't have that discipline and structure when you were your inner teen.
In our youth,
We tend to live recklessly,
Eat whatever we want,
Sleep whenever,
And our bodies just went along with us.
But now,
As you get older,
It's important to take care of your body.
Your inner teen wants you to know this so you can treat your body like the palace it is.
So,
Start today.
If this reading resonates with you,
Pull out a journal or a schedule or a binder to write down where you can add more discipline and structure in your life so your inner teen knows you're listening and knows you will attempt to take care of yourself better,
So they know you will attempt to take care of your body better,
To take care of their home better.
Your inner teen lives inside you.
So why not make a home for your inner teen in your body,
A place of health and safety and strength?
Now I want you to take another deep breath in and out,
Breathe in and out.
I want to commend you for joining me today as you take a step towards reconnecting to your inner teenager.
Let what resonates with you from this reading sit in your spirit.
I hope you take care of yourself.
Be well and bright blessings.
