And safe.

Something you enjoy.

It's also important that you put as much detail into it as possible.

This is your space.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

What are the smells?

The textures?

The sounds?

Are there people there?

Animals?

Things?

Ideas?

It's your perfect space,

So create it however you want.

Here,

In this place,

Where you control everything.

In the place where all change is possible.

And as you focus more and more on the beautiful,

Perfect details of your perfect space,

My voice just kind of fades into the background as unimportant white noise.

And you'll remember all the wonderful details of your perfect space.

As you enjoy the comfort of your own space,

Just breathe in that feeling of safety and security.

And then exhale anything you want to let go.
