Welcome,
This is Patrick Dominguez.
This meditation will allow you to tap into your natural state of abundance,
And it will help you open your mind,
Heart and body to receive the great abundance that surrounds you now,
Patiently waiting to be received by you.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes if that's comfortable to do so.
Allow your body to sink down into your chair or furniture.
Keeping your back and your legs and your body dropping down,
Being fully supported without you having to do anything.
And let your body melt into relaxation.
Take a deep breath in and a breath out.
Take another breath in and as you exhale,
Let go of any worries or concerns on your mind.
Then exhaling with a sound,
Letting go of what's not needed in this moment.
Now allow yourself to feel a wave of calm and tranquility travel down from your head to your toes.
Noticing how your mind becomes quieter and quieter as you relax into this present moment.
Your thoughts come and go like leaves floating in a gentle breeze.
Now think of something or someone in your life you are deeply grateful for.
It could be a friendship,
A pet,
A place in nature,
Something of beauty,
Or something that brings you joy.
And form a picture in your mind of whatever you chose you are deeply grateful for.
See what it looks like.
Hear any sounds or words.
And feel what it's like to be with your object of gratitude.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude and appreciation for this.
And feel how good that feels in your body.
Seeing the picture again.
Perhaps you feel joy or peace or harmony within.
Simply notice whatever it is you're feeling in your body right now and savor it,
Enjoy it.
Allow this feeling to spread to fill all of your being to every cell of your body.
Taking a nice breath in and out.
You will now use your imagination to create the life of your dreams.
Whatever you can imagine from a place of inner abundance and heartfelt desire,
You can create it now.
See hear and feel everything you wish to have or experience.
Vivid,
Bright,
And abundant.
Let's begin.
You live in a home that makes you deeply happy.
See hear and feel what that's like.
It feels comfortable to you.
It's filled with things that bring you joy.
You have made this home your sanctuary.
That's exactly what you always wanted.
You have a vibrantly healthy body which you take care of.
Even if you have any ailments,
You notice that the majority of your body is working beautifully.
You feed yourself nourishing foods and beverages.
And you feel abundant energy and well-being.
See hear and feel what that's like.
You have positive relationships with people you love and who nourish you.
You have amazing friendships with fabulous,
Fun,
Interesting people who love you and encourage and inspire you.
That you feel connected,
Seen,
Understood,
And valued.
You have a family who you share special moments with,
Loving and accepting each other for who you are.
You celebrate the time you have together.
You have a romantic relationship that feels good.
A partner who adores you and who you adore.
Someone who you can share your life with and share abundance,
Laughter,
And joy.
You are able to be the best of yourself.
You feel acceptance and you feel companionship.
See hear and feel what it's like to have all of these positive relationships in your life.
You work in a business or job that inspires you and deeply fulfills you.
You love going to work and it makes your heart sing.
You serve others and the good of all.
You love doing this and it brings you so much joy.
You feel pride,
Satisfaction in the work that you do.
You feel purposeful.
See hear and feel what that's like.
You live a life of financial abundance.
You never worry about money.
You have more money than you ever thought possible.
And you are very generous with your money.
You have the time and freedom to do whatever you desire.
You have activities you love that nourish your body and spirit.
You can travel and take vacations that restore you.
You feel spacious and balanced.
You have the time to give back to the world.
You feel inspired to make a difference in the world.
You have it all.
Feel what it feels like to see,
Hear and experience the life of your dreams.
Let yourself feel good here,
Feeling what it's like to be in abundance.
Warm,
Spacious,
Connected,
Creative and joyful.
As you savor all of what you feel right now,
Let this feeling of abundance spread to fill every cell of your body.
Feel a wave of abundance and contentedness spread from your head to your toes.
Feel yourself connected to the powerful,
Creative life energy of the universe.

You have it all because you already are it all.
