And welcome to this guided meditation on accessing your intuition.
We all have intuition,
And we can all learn with practice to go beyond the conscious thinking mind and access the vast intelligence of our unconscious mind and our higher consciousness.
In the first part of this meditation,
You'll choose an area of life that's important to you where you can use some wisdom or insight or intuitive guidance right now.
Then in the second part of this meditation,
You'll tap into your intuition for profound inner wisdom.
Let's begin.
So,
First,
I invite you to choose an area of your life where you could benefit from inner wisdom or guidance or insight.
Perhaps there's an area of life where you have a challenge or where you'd like to see change.
It could be related to business or career or money.
It could be in the area of health or relationship or your family.
Choose an area of your life where you would like intuitive guidance.
When you've chosen an area of life that's important to you,
Next think of a question you would like intuitive guidance or assistance with.
For example,
How may I create vibrant health and well-being?
Or what's the next best step for me to take to grow my business?
Or in the area of relationship,
How can I attract a loving relationship?
Or how can I bring my existing relationship into greater peace and fulfillment?
So take a moment to formulate the question you would like an intuitive answer to today,
And you can pause this if you need more time.
And once you've identified your question,
You can write it down or keep it in the back of your mind.
As we enter into the meditation now,
I invite you to find a comfortable place and close your eyes if that's okay to do so or let your gaze soften.
And let your body sink down into your chair or furniture,
Allowing yourself to relax into this present moment,
Letting go of the thoughts or the concerns of the day.
Letting your body soften and relax.
Letting your face soften.
Letting your neck and throat soften.
Letting your chest soften.
Letting your body fully relax now.
Notice your breath without needing to change it.
Letting the breath coming in and out.
And if there are any thoughts present,
Notice that they come and go like clouds in the sky.
From this place of rest,
Relaxation,
And ease,
I invite you to think of somebody or something that gives you a feeling of peace or happiness or appreciation.
This may be a friend,
A loved one,
A pet,
Or a relaxing vacation,
Or a beautiful place in nature.
Then allow yourself to see a picture in your mind of this person or thing that gives you a feeling of peace or happiness or appreciation.
And whatever you chose,
Experience it now as if it's right here with you.
Allow yourself to see it fully.
Vibrant,
Vivid.
Seeing colors,
Shapes,
Textures.
Hear any sounds or words that might be present.
Notice what it feels like.
Then allow yourself to fully feel the good feelings and body sensations that this picture produces.
Notice if you're feeling peace or happiness or appreciation or any other positive feelings.
And notice where you're feeling the feelings and sensations inside your body.
And on the next inhale,
Feel this getting stronger.
Almost as if the good feelings are expanding on their own effortlessly and easily.
If at any time the inner feelings or sensations start to fade,
Bring back to mind the image of the person or thing that brings you the peace or happiness or appreciation or other good feelings.
Then reconnect to it,
Feeling what it's like for that to be present.
Inhale and exhale.
And now imagine the good feelings from that picture expanding to fill up your body.
Expecting to feel your torso,
Your shoulders,
Arms and fingers,
Up to your neck and your head.
Continuing to breathe in and out.
Allow the good feelings and sensations in your body to expand downwards,
To fill your hips,
Your legs,
Your lower legs and feet and toes.
Realizing how good this all feels inside.
Take a moment to savor it,
To enjoy it.
Whether it's peace,
Happiness,
Appreciation,
Warmth,
Whatever it is,
Just relax into fully experiencing those feelings and sensations.
And now allowing what you're feeling inside to be a doorway to your intuition.
I invite you to recall the question you came up with before.
And now pose that question to the good feelings inside your body.
Letting the answer to your question arise directly from those good feelings in your body,
Not from your mind.
And then silently wait to receive an answer from within,
From the space of the feelings within.
Without filtering or evaluating any information you're receiving.
You can do that later.
Letting information related to your question arise from the space of the feelings within.
And just continue listening and receiving from within.
You might repeat the question if you like for even more information.
Continuing simply to be open and receptive,
Noticing what's there and what arises.
If you have any other questions,
You may ask them now,
Continuing to listen and receive.
And you may pause this recording if you need more time to listen and to receive.
You may receive information as a visual image,
Or as a feeling,
Or as words,
Or as a knowing.
We all have different ways of receiving information,
Whatever form it comes in is wonderful.
And you may want to write down any answers or information coming through in order to capture it for later.
Once you have asked your questions and recorded or noted the information received,
Thank your intuition just like you would thank a trusted friend for their wisdom.
And now with your eyes closed or your gaze soft,
I invite you to imagine yourself taking action on whatever insights or information came to you.
See yourself taking small simple steps.
Form a picture of yourself taking the actions,
Hearing what you hear,
And feeling how it feels to take the actions.
And now bringing this meditation to a close,
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and come back into the space you're in.
Realizing that you've gone to a deeper place beyond the thinking mind to a vast terrain of inner guidance or higher consciousness.
Knowing that you can access your intuitive wisdom whenever you choose to do so.
And you may choose now to spend a few minutes considering the information or the insights that you've gained,
Allowing it to enhance and to enrich your life.
