Let's begin.
To make it more intense,
You can put one palm on your forehead.
It's a very light touch,
As light as you would touch your eyelids.
This encourages blood flow from the back part of your brain where we react into the frontal lobe of your brain where we can create and solve problems and create resolutions.
Very light touch,
As light as you would touch your eyelids.
Relax into your breathing.
Close your eyes.
What does self-respect mean to you?
What does it look like?
What does it sound like?
And what does it feel like to you?
If you are resonating at the frequency of high self-respect,
What is it that you would do,
Be,
And have that is different from where you are now?
Visualize what it is you would be doing or what things you would have or how you would be feeling and how it feels to be self-respecting.
Perhaps you're not sure how to do that.
You can't imagine all of those things.
Then do you know someone else that does show high self-respect?
Allow yourself to feel how you perceive they feel.
Take on their energy and think what things would they do,
Be,
And have that's different from where you are now.
This starts to shift that energy.
You can think about what you want and attach a positive emotional vibration to that.
And if you have really never felt like you have shown yourself respect and want to find new ways on how to do that,
Then do this.
Visualize an imaginary version of you looking highly self-respecting,
Standing at the end of the golden path.
Along either sides of this path are dustbins along the way.
You are walking down this golden path to the imaginary version of yourself looking highly self-respecting.
Every time or whenever you might get a thought saying you can't or any negative influence from others,
From circumstance or your own thoughts,
Put them in the bin on either side of the path and carry along towards that version of you.
Again,
Think about what it is that you want now.
What things would be different for you now that you show your full self-respect?
What things would you do differently?
What things would be different for you?
And what things would you have that is different from where you are now?
Take on that energy.
Picture yourself behaving in that way of a highly self-respecting person.
What are your mannerisms like?
What are you wearing?
How are you standing or walking?
How do you speak?
What do you say?
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
Visualize all the things you can see around you.
All the things you can hear around you.
What things can you perhaps smell and taste?
What can you perhaps feel and touch around you?
Now what emotions do you feel?
Feel the emotions that embody this version of you.
How do they feel?
Breathe them into every cell in your body.
Get into the emotions that you feel as this highly self-respecting person.
Now set the intention that you are divinely protected through your day and night.
Now choose a color,
Any color.
Put yourself in a bubble of that color.
Picture it getting bigger and brighter and stronger.
This will repel any unwanted energy and will allow in all the positive energy.
Now this process is complete.
Take your time,
Open your eyes and step into your new version of you.
