Do you ever have a fear of missing out? This can stem from putting other people and places on a pedestal. It's time to bring your focus and enjoyment back to your life in all areas of your life. This will create a powerful magnetic force within you. Peace and Love always.

The emotion that has tested up for my collective today is fear of missing out,

Also known as FOMO.

This is a timeless balance so whenever you have come across this balance it has reached you for a reason.

I have also tested up that this fear of missing out is in relation to a tribal belief that you have in your subconscious,

Meaning this has come from something that you have witnessed as a child or experienced or seen in someone else perhaps growing up,

Something along those lines.

Now you can sit with that for a moment and think who felt a little bit not so happy at times that I may have witnessed or who felt trapped perhaps or perhaps a little bit out of sorts of how they felt.

It might not have needed to be the whole time,

It might have just been one thing that sometimes sticks into our brains especially because when we are young we're developing we're growing our brains are not fully developed and so we can take things not necessarily the correct way and sometimes we do.

This fear of missing out I want you to take a deep breath and I want you to visualize yourself in your life,

Trust yourself what comes to mind of where or when the last time you had this sort of FOMO feeling,

This feeling of I wish I didn't have to participate in this area of my life because I want to be somewhere else with other people or doing something else.

Visualize that,

Close your eyes and visualize yourself in that situation.

Visualize everything you can see and hear around you,

Where you are,

What you're doing.

Now allow the emotions to raise to your consciousness of what emotions you would feel in that situation.

Just allow those emotions to be there.

I know they might not feel great but allowing them to be there without judging them will help process them.

Sitting in that energy surrendering to it,

Allowing it in this moment.

Now where do you feel those emotions most in your body?

What color would you give that energy in that part of your body with these emotions?

Pick a color.

Now I want you to visualize this colored energy disappearing bit by bit until it's completely gone.

Take your time.

Now how would you prefer to feel instead?

Choose how you would prefer to feel instead of that.

Now put those emotions in that part of your body and give that a color.

What color would you give that something different?

Make that color,

That energy in your,

That new color,

That new energy in your body,

Make it really bright and strong.

So now with this new energy about you,

I want you to think what is the opposite of having this fear of missing out.

Trust yourself what comes up.

What I have tested here for my collective is you are the center of your world.

This is a really important belief to take on because what I can see here from the testing that I've been doing,

The muscle testing I've been doing for my collective here,

Is that there are certain areas of your life that you love and then there are certain areas of your life that you perhaps don't love and it's like they're separate.

If the brain has created a separation,

Oh well I've got to do this right now and that equals not fun and but this area of my life equals fun.

So when you're in the not so fun area of your life then the FOMO starts to come in.

So what we want to do is create every area of your life is your life,

Your wonderful life and you are the center of your life.

Now closing your eyes,

You are the center of your world.

I want you to bring your focus now to your third eye in between,

Just above your eyebrows,

In the middle of your forehead.

Bring your focus to your third eye and feel the energy there.

Now allow your third eye,

Your awareness,

Your intuition to bring you any messages or ideas,

Information that you may need.

Just sit with that and allow anything to come up that you perhaps need to ponder,

Transform,

Let go of and trust yourself.

I want you to take a deep breath.

We are going to imprint the new belief system into your consciousness,

Into your subconscious so that you can wholly,

Truly and fully embrace and embody this you are the center of your world.

Once you embody this belief,

This knowing,

You will no longer be chasing anything because you are the fun,

You are the approval,

You are the love and validation that you have ever needed.

Taking two fingers and tapping the middle of your sternum in the middle of your chest it's often a little bit raised on some people,

No everyone.

Tapping there gently with two fingers,

Keeping your eyes open,

Rotating them in a clockwise direction and repeating after me.

In spite of this tribal belief system,

In attitude about,

I am the center of my world.

In relation to,

All areas of my life is my world.

I now choose to consciously and subconsciously,

Deeply and profoundly,

Love,

Accept,

Appreciate,

Respect and forgive myself on all levels and dimensions.

Close your eyes,

Rotate your eyes in an anti-clockwise direction and repeat after me.

In spite of this tribal belief system,

In attitude about,

I am the center of my world.

In relation to,

All areas of my life is my world.

I now choose to consciously and subconsciously,

Deeply and profoundly,

Love,

Accept,

Appreciate,

Respect and forgive myself on all levels and dimensions.

Now placing two hands over your heart and take three really deep,

Releasing breaths.

Keeping your eyes closed,

Now that you have this new energy about you,

This new program,

That you are the center of your world in every area of your life.

All those areas of your life is your life and that is fun.

It might be a different level of fun,

But it is still fun.

Now visualize yourself in your life.

Trust yourself where that is.

You now have this new energy about you.

Visualize everything you can see and hear around you.

Perhaps smell,

Taste,

What you're doing.

Where you are,

Who you're with,

What you're wearing.

Now play around with some ideas of how you are going to look a little bit different now.

Perhaps your posture,

Your facial expressions or your energy.

How do you sound and speak a bit different now?

How might you be moving around in space a little bit differently,

Taking up space a bit differently?

How you're interacting with yourself a bit differently now.

And play around with some ideas of how you are interacting with others differently now.

Now what emotions do you feel in this visualization,

In this situation now?

Now I want you to hold on to those emotions for 17 seconds.

Okay,

When you're ready you can open your eyes.
