Stop people-pleasing visualization, meditation, kinesiology session. Learn to validate yourself and be authentic in all situations. People pleasing can leave us drained and have unwanted emotions. Once we can validate ourselves 100%, choose the right thing for ourselves in that moment authentically, we no longer people please. Therefore we will be more energised, aligned, and we are the leader of our own lives. This session will make you feel and be more confident and authentic at all times.

Stop people pleasing meditation visualization kinesiology session.

So guys asking yourself this if you are not a people pleaser then what are you?

You are authentic in every situation.

So holding on to that energy of being authentic in every situation and remembering when we are saying yes to something what are we saying no to?

So always practice to ask yourself in every situation that you potentially might people please what do I authentically need and want?

Then go ahead and politely decline or politely say what you need to say in that situation.

Let's begin.

Deep breath in and out.

Close your eyes.

Sit or lie comfortably.

Take your left hand.

Put two fingers on your third eye.

Take your right hand and put it on your pubic bone.

Now take your left hand put it on your right shoulder.

Take your right hand and put it on your left hip.

Now visualize a situation.

Visualize a situation where you might have normally been a people pleaser.

Now you are going to flip that to being authentic.

So visualizing yourself in that situation.

What are you wearing?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Now taking your right hand and put it on your left shoulder left hand on right hip.

Now back to the visualization.

What can you see and hear in this situation?

What can you perhaps smell or taste?

What can you touch and feel in your hands and body?

Now I want you to visualize yourself saying what you authentically feel in that situation.

Play around with some different behaviors and ways of being authentic in this situation.

Now take your left hand and put it to the base of your skull on the back of your head.

Take your right hand and put it on your lower back.

Back to the visualization.

I want you to remember it's okay to feel uncomfortable doing something different that's good for you.

You might feel a little strange at first but knowing that you are safe and okay.

Take your left hand and put it on the back of your right shoulder.

Take your right hand and put it on the back of your left hip.

Often times when we people please it's because we are searching validation from others.

Now in this visualization I want you to validate yourself.

What does it look like,

Feel like,

Sound like when you are validating yourself enough for you to be authentic in any situation knowing that people love us unconditionally.

We love us unconditionally.

The right people that are meant to be in our lives love us unconditionally.

Take the right hand and put it on the back of the left shoulder,

Left hand on the back of the right hip.

Now holding on to the emotions that you are getting from being truly authentic in this visualization and truly giving yourself that validation.

Holding on to that emotion.

Taking a deep breath in and out and relax.

Release and love always.
