I'm a design thinking and mindset coach I'm so happy that you're here to join me for this accountability meditation So accountability is all about self-love and sharing love with other people You're showing up for the things that you've committed yourself to If you're at a place where you want to be a bit more focused on the key things that are going to help you Create the vision and the dreams that you have for your life.
This is the meditation for you Find a place to get comfortable Whether you're sitting or laying down Allow yourself to sink down into your seat Take a deep inhale and a complete exhale Gently close your eyes Continue to breathe at a relaxed pace Gently in and out of your nose Starting from the top of your head start to relax your body Relax your neck and your shoulders Relax your arms Your midsection relax your legs Your ankles all the way down to your toes Now choose an emotion for yourself That you like to see more of in your life That you like to embody This could be peace This could be love This could be joy on your inhale.
You're going to state I choose And on your exhale say to yourself the emotion that you choose Joy I choose and in your mind Say the emotion that you've chosen for yourself Continue to speak this to yourself in your mind with your gentle inhale and exhale This emotion that you've chosen for yourself is The beautiful context it's the background it is What is surrounding the things that you're creating in your life You're now going to take some time to visualize the goals that you have for yourself Do your best to just focus on one to five goals that you have for yourself Imagine yourself Accomplishing these goals.
What does it feel like?
Are you able to express your emotion through that goal?
Visualize it see it as clearly as if you were watching it on a screen Visualize your goals you're going to shift your focus of your visualization to the daily actions that you are taking to accomplish these goals What are you doing on a sustainable daily basis to show up for these goals Visualize it.
