And I'm here to share an abundance meditation with you today.
My goal is that through this meditation you're able to access abundance and realize how it's present in your everyday life.
Allow yourself to be open to the abundance that surrounds you.
So find a comfortable place to sit.
If you're seated in a chair,
You can place your feet on the floor,
Your spine straight but relaxed.
Take a deep inhale,
Complete exhale,
A deep inhale,
And the complete exhale,
And gently close your eyes.
Allow yourself to be aware of the sounds around you.
You may hear wind blowing from a fan or a bird outside.
Whatever thing you recognize,
Allow yourself to connect with the concept that there is divinity in that thing.
Abundance flows through that thing.
The bird is a piece of the divine.
An abundance of energy exists on the wind that you hear.
Now sense the seat,
Whether you're seated in a chair or on the floor,
And imagine how this is full of abundance as well.
You are abundantly held.
You are seated in abundance.
You are seated in abundance.
Now connect with your feet as they rest on the ground.
Your feet are resting in abundance,
The divine,
Everything.
The abundance is right under your feet.
Now just imagine yourself surrounded by abundance.
Maybe there's a light glow in the space around you.
Maybe you sense a bit of warmth,
But know that abundance surrounds you in everything.
Repeat the mantra,
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Continue to repeat that in your mind.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Allow yourself to know this to be true,
That there is a multitude inside of every moment.
You are abundant,
And abundance surrounds you.
Abundance surrounds me in all forms.
Take a deep inhale,
And a complete exhale.
Gently move your body.
You can start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
And gently open your eyes when you're ready.
