Welcome in,
Friends.
My name is Talon.
Today's meditation is compassion.
Without losing yourself.
And we'll work together.
With the heart and the solar plexus chakras.
So feel free to get comfortable.
And we'll begin.
So we'll start with connecting with our breath by taking an easy breath in.
And gently letting it go.
So maybe in this time you can understand someone else's pain.
And still feel hurt by what happened in this moment.
In these spaces,
Both experiences can be true.
And we'll start by bringing your awareness to the center of your chest to connect with your heart chakra.
Imagining a soft green light here as we breathe in.
And allow yourself to recognize.
Their humanity.
Without explaining away.
The effect that this might have had on you.
So compassion.
Does not require you to dismiss your own feelings.
Both can exist.
Invitation here to quietly repeat to yourself.
I can care and acknowledge what hurts.
I'll begin sending Reiki to the heart chakra here and now.
And take this time to rest.
Now.
Bring your awareness to the space just above your navel,
Connecting to your solar plexus.
Imagine a warm golden light here.
And notice what you need.
In order to remain connected to yourself.
Space,
Clarity.
A limit.
Or support may be part of that answer.
My well-being deserves consideration too.
And I'll continue sending Reiki here to your solar plexus chakra.
Beautiful.
Let your awareness out.
Include both.
Your heart and your solar plexus energy centers.
Gently asking yourself,
Or would caring for both yourself.
And the situation look like today?
And I'll continue sending Reiki to both chakras.
No.
Start to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Noticing the support.
Of the Earth beneath you.
Maybe gently wiggling your fingers and your toes Softly blinking your eyes open when you're ready.
A reminder here that you can carry these intentions with you at your own pace.
You can hold space and love for your own emotions and also the situation you're in.
Thank you so much for sharing this time with me.
And take care.
