Let's talk about the direction of energy flow and its effect on your system.

Normally,

The energy should flow from heaven down to earth,

And a little bit from earth up to the chest.

Usually,

Because we're thinking all the time and our mind is very active,

This action pulls the energy upwards and gives us symptoms of anxiety,

Of excessive thinking,

Of some shortness of breath,

Can be digestive problem,

And emotionally we don't feel well.

When we pay attention,

No,

When we pay close attention,

We'll see very clearly that there is a sense of upward movement in the body,

Doesn't allow us to feel at peace,

At ease,

At well-being.

When we recognize that,

We have to start to redirect the energy downwards.

It's important to understand that normally when we feel unwell,

Emotionally especially,

We try to understand why it is like this,

When we feel that our mind is very busy and cannot rest,

We try to resolve it psychologically,

But normally we don't pay attention to the direction of energy.

Energy must flow downwards.

Energy must flow downwards for us to feel good.

Once you're paying attention that the energy starts to flow upwards,

Then it's very simple to redirect it.

The only thing you need to visualize is a golden waterfall coming from heaven and like washing over your whole body and cleansing and downloading the energy to the lower part of the body and actually towards the earth.

This will help you so much on any aspect,

Emotionally you're going to feel better,

Your mind is going to relax,

Your body is going to feel more relaxed and comfortable,

And you're going to feel just at ease and at peace.
