Heidi people be welcome.
I want to share what works for me.
Life offers so many techniques,
So many ways to harmonize.
And this is what works for me.
And I hope it will work for you as well.
So you don't feel anymore.
Bound to the ego,
Bound to the mind,
Bound to a sense of slavery,
That whatever the mind says,
You're just prostrating and say,
Yeah,
I'm following that.
It's not like this.
So what works for me is a knowing,
A deep knowing that I can harmonize.
Any imbalance that moves in my system.
Any imbalance that I'm recognizing,
I'm facing.
It is not external,
It is internal.
The way it works is very simple.
When I don't feel well.
I'm bringing my awareness and asking myself Where do I don't feel well?
What do I don't feel well?
Is it tension in my heart or my chest?
Do I feel tension in my body different places?
Do I feel that my mind is all over the place?
And whatever I recognize.
I just direct my awareness and stay with it.
I don't try to shift it,
To push it,
To breathe to it.
Just being present with it.
This is step number one.
Step number two is expanding the awareness.
Outside the body.
And creating a sense of synchronization.
Between outside the body and inside the body.
So my mind transforms in being a tunnel or a portal synchronizing the outside and the inside.
So the mind shifts from being Maimon.
To being a tool.
Of creation to synchronize itself.
That sense of I am me and this is me.
Is true and must be like this to function in life.
On the other side It's not true.
And it's very limiting.
Because the source of our problem is exactly that separation that is me.
This life out there.
Whilst life is one,
And working the best without separation.
In order to function on this planet continuously separating ourselves.
As we want to feel better,
We must.
Blend this sense of separation with that sense of unity,
Of all there is.
For that we must use the mind instead of me and.
To bring this awareness of Me as Unified Being infinity and personality at the same time.
And we do it first by understanding and second by applying that I'm using my mind as a portal.
Infinity is all there is in the body.
And in the body I can recognize tension.
And then I'm allowing this infinity and attention to start to work with each other and to synchronize and harmonize.
And always,
Always,
There'll be a relief.
Always.
The only thing you need to do is just keep this portal open.
One side.
Awareness of tension and the other side,
Awareness of the whole creation.
Boundless being.
You don't need to visualize the stars,
The planets,
Nothing like this.
You just need to allow your mind to expand without having an aim.
I'm looking at this star or that star or the sun or the space.
No.
Let your mind be completely spacious.
And then including the outside and the inside in the same space.
The awareness is actually already spacious.
What you need is that the mind will catch up with that infinite space the awareness is giving.
This is the truth I'm following.
It works for me 100%.
