Hey my friend,
Peak welcome.
Let's talk about anger and ways to deal with anger.
So when we're angry it's actually extremely powerful energy that we need to know how to control before it makes a big damage.
A damage that you can regret later on because when we're angry we lose control and usually when we're angry we want to get back for those who made us angry and in that moment we might do things that we deeply regret afterwards and not only what we're doing to others is also what we're doing to ourselves.
So anger releases so much toxins in the body and blocks the body completely.
It's true that it's very powerful energy and it can give you a sense of control,
A sense of overpowering others.
Ultimately it'll be very destructive for yourself,
Very destructive for your relationship,
Very destructive to your life.
Anything in life that goes against life,
That is to destroy and to make things going bad to you and to others will never make you feel comfortable.
So when you're in an angry state it's crucial that you shift it as fast as possible to save yourself from big troubles.
The first thing to do is just to acknowledge oops I'm angry it's bad for me and I must do something about it.
Only this small acknowledgement will make a deep shift already.
So the moment you recognize I'm angry and I need to change it now already 50% of the work is done because you've chosen to take care of yourself and you've chosen to shift something that you know can lead you to really bad consequences.
Number two is physical.
Okay I'm angry what do I feel?
So instead of guiding the mind to the source of the anger,
To those who made you angry for the reason against life,
Against people,
Against situations,
You focus inward.
You're guiding the mind to see how do I feel,
How do I really feel right now and you start to notice that your body doesn't feel comfortable at all.
How do I sit?
How do I walk?
How do I breathe?
How do I hold my shoulders?
So let's just take a minute no matter if you're angry or not angry right now to your body.
Pay attention to the quality of your breathing.
Is it deep?
Is it relaxed?
Is it tight?
Normally when we are relaxed the breath goes very deep and when we are tense it's very shallow.
So pay attention to your breathing.
Number two maybe pay attention to your shoulders,
To the area of the neck.
Normally when we are tense it doesn't matter if we're angry or fearful or anxious.
Any emotion that is not supporting life our body will get tense.
So pay attention to your body.
How is your body?
Okay,
Number three pay attention to the emotion of anger itself.
Where is it in your body?
It can be in your stomach,
It can be in your chest,
It can be in the whole body.
Move from the feeling in your mind and the thought in your mind into your body.
This is really really the main key to transformation.
Moving from thinking into feeling,
Into being aware.
And then once you did this shift which is most important you go into deep breathing.
You breathe deep,
Filling the whole body with a lot of air and then you relax.
You have to understand that the key for transformation of any emotion including anger is shifting from thinking into feeling.
Thinking normally will not help you so much and so deep it's just becoming aware.
Later when you relax then you can approach the reason why you became Then you can approach the reason why you became angry in a much more relaxed and constructive way and not in anger.
Okay,
So always first of all come to harmony.
Come to harmony through body awareness,
Come to harmony through breath awareness.
And then when you calm down you're going to deal with the issue much better.
Thank you so much.
Have a beautiful beautiful day my friend.
