Life flows effortlessly, but the mind often resists, caught in tension and limitation. In this meditation, we shift from the strain of daily life into the natural openness of our true being. By observing where our awareness gravitates, we notice how the mind shapes our experience and how this affects the entire body. When we focus inward, we sense the pull of identification—now, let’s release it. Let’s allow awareness to expand beyond thoughts, beyond boundaries. As we surrender to the vastness of existence, we remember that our mind is not a closed space but an infinite field, free and boundless. Trusting life means trusting that we are part of something much greater, where everything unfolds as it should.

Okay,

So let's focus inwards first of all and connect to the present moment.

Pay attention how the breath moves in and out.

And no matter what is the level of disturbance in the mind,

Let's be aware that we are aware.

And really we don't need to be aware of what's happening inside what we call us,

Me.

There is no need for that necessarily.

We can allow the mind to open up.

Yeah,

Like a spring that was held very tight,

Which it is,

It's really what's going on.

And we're liberating this spring,

This tension,

Boof,

That opens.

It's like finally finding space.

Let your mind move from the tension or the habitual tension of constantly being inside and relating to what you called me.

Let it open up,

There's no need for that,

Really there's no need.

It's a habit,

Very,

Very,

Very deep.

The deepest habit we have is to focus constantly on me.

But now we're learning to do the opposite,

Release it.

And it's not something to do,

Really.

It's really to undo,

To stop doing what we subconsciously constantly doing.

We're constantly pulling the mind small,

Constantly.

Let it go infinite.

For that we have to kind of unravel and make it very clear how do we pull it in so we know how to let it go.

So let's pay attention to the head,

What's happening in the head.

And carefully check what's happening when you are bringing the awareness into your body and you connect to whatever there is.

And then what happened when you stop that completely and you allow again your mind to be infinite,

To be natural,

Really natural.

So if you're not used to do that,

Maybe it's a bit mysterious or not clear for you.

So let's do it slowly,

Clarify slowly the difference between pulling in and liberating out.

For that,

Just bring your awareness to anything that is inside what you called you,

The breath,

Sensation in the body,

Emotions,

Anything that your mind connects to.

And try to feel when you're doing it what's going on in your head.

What's happening in your head when it's focusing inwards.

What's happening in your breath.

What's happening in your energy,

In the whole body.

What's happening in your aura.

What's happening in your chakras.

The whole body is responding to the awareness being focused inside.

Now do the opposite.

Allow the awareness to be completely free,

Completely.

It means that it opens completely boundless,

Free,

Without any boundaries.

It's infinite suddenly.

It's not connecting to anything.

It's not focusing on anything.

It's just completely space-like.

The fact that your awareness is like this,

It doesn't mean that you feel amazing already.

Because our system in a way is paying the price,

Not in a way,

That's what's happening,

To us subconsciously,

Constantly pulling the infinite power that we are part of,

Pulling into the little form.

Constantly we do it and we suffer from that,

Constantly.

We suffer emotionally,

Psychologically,

Physically,

We suffer from this.

So when we're opening our consciousness to infinity and we feel boundless,

Still the system is suffering from what we did before.

That's not to feel guilty or anything.

Just to understand that it means that if I want to feel really,

Really good,

I need to help the body to heal,

To recuperate from the tension that I create without paying attention.

Now what's so beautiful is that when your mind is infinite,

You are in the most healing position,

Space possible.

And any part of your ego,

Personal form,

You invite to that infinity which you are,

Will heal,

Will relax,

Will harmonize.

If you want fast results,

You can go like what we're going to do,

Part by part.

But even if you don't do anything,

You just constantly keep your mind quiet and infinite,

Your system will adjust.

It might take more time,

But it'll happen.

So before we do anything,

Just take some time to be quiet as infinity.

And just to make it more clear,

It's not that you are infinite,

It's that infinity is you.

So you dissolve into infinity.

Okay,

So all what we do is all about positioning,

Everything.

It's all about identity.

And the most,

Most crucial shift is between ego identity and infinite identity.

So,

Especially when we meditate,

We're practicing infinity,

MI.

And to that infinite space,

Which we all are and everything is,

We're calling,

First of all,

Our heart chakra.

So who you are is all there is,

And you're calling your heart chakra of the ego person to synchronize with the infinite being which you are.

So for the mind,

It might be a bit kind of weird,

Because how can I be out and in?

How can I see from outside and be inside?

So let's not give it to the mind.

Let's just say,

Okay,

As infinity,

I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize.

That's all.

And trust.

Trust in life.

This is the point of this meditation.

Say and observe and enjoy.

You are everything.

All there is,

You are.

But not as you,

The person,

As you,

As being.

To that infinity,

Which you are,

You're calling tension to synchronize.

Let's call the third eye.

I'm calling my third eye to synchronize infinity,

MI.

And I'm trusting life that that's all what is needed.

Then let's go to the second chakra below the navel,

And do the same as infinity,

MI.

Let's invite the second chakra to synchronize.

Nothing to do.

Trusting life.

Just saying and observing.

You are the whole creation.

Your consciousness is boundless,

Is infinite.

And you're calling your system to synchronize.

Each molecule,

Each tissue,

Organ,

Your whole being function the best as infinite being.

The whole trick of what we're doing is not to do.

It's just to understand that the mind,

By its functioning,

Is functioning as a person,

As an ego.

And it pulls you in.

And when you allow the mind to expand,

It'll just assume again its original position,

Which is infinity.

This is natural.

To be tight and stressed and anxious is not really natural.

Infinity is natural.

So we're teaching our mind again how to be natural.

Space-like,

Completely space.

Now,

Let's say,

Recheck what we call our personal being,

Without losing infinity,

MI,

Without losing all there is,

Which MI.

And check if you have any islands of tension,

Maybe physical,

Maybe emotional.

Maybe the mind is a bit tight.

Anything that you recognize,

Just invite it to relax.

And synchronize,

But stay infinite,

Stay natural,

Boundless,

Space-like.

This state of infinity,

Of infinite being,

Allows us to feel blissful.

Allows us to feel a deep sense of well-being.

That does not depend on anything besides the fact that we are back home,

Natural,

Space-like.

So as you're feeling so wide,

Spacious,

Allow yourself to feel that you're trusting life,

Just the fact that you feel at home.

You're feeling nourished.

You're feeling loved.

You're feeling that you don't need to worry,

That you are in the right place.

And you're in the right place because you are part of everything.

You're not in a dual identity,

Me and,

You are life itself.

And as the trees knows how to grow,

And the flowers,

And the rain,

And the sun,

And everything is so perfect,

Everything is so perfectly coordinated.

You are part of it completely.

And as you surrender,

You can trust life.

And you can relax because you are at home.

So allow yourself to feel that sense of softness like a baby in mother arm.

You're so relaxed and so trusting and so completely embraced,

So it doesn't need to worry about anything.

And if you still feel some tension in any part of your existence,

Allow that part to be further embraced and loved.

By life.

And you are life,

And love is life,

And light is life,

And everything is available for you all the time.

You just need to relax into it.

So let's say use the beautiful occasion that we're here together,

Like-minded brothers and sisters in the spiritual community,

Sangha.

And visualize that we are forming a circle,

Because this brings so much power.

So let's visualize that we are forming a circle.

You locate yourself wherever you want.

And as you located in that circle,

Feel and visualize that light is moving from your mind and making like a ring of light between us,

Connecting us.

Love is flowing from our hearts and doing like a ring of love connecting us together.

And in the same time,

We keep this infinity,

State of infinite being.

And because we are connected with every breath,

We are being nourished,

We're being loved,

We're being supported by the community.

And when we exhale,

We're giving the outmost to each other,

So everybody can raise vibration,

Can heal,

And can feel so much better.

We depend on each other,

And as much as each one of us feels better,

We're all feeling better.

Beautiful.

And let's just take a minute to use this beautiful sacred space which we are sharing to invite those who are not here physically,

But they need support.

So we just invite them to the circle.

And if you feel that you are in a special need,

You can visualize that you are in the center of the circle.

I just feel the love and enjoy it and let it heal you.

So maybe your mind asks this question,

Okay,

Now we're sitting here quietly,

We can meditate.

This infinity feels amazing,

But when I'm on the go,

How can I keep it?

And when I say trust life,

And not so easy with all the challenges,

This is obviously the case.

So,

First,

Practically speaking,

We must try to maintain as much awareness to anything we do on the go.

Because it's true that it's difficult to keep that level of unity,

For me as well,

But it's easier,

Also not easy,

But easier to be aware,

To be aware of everything I do as much as possible.

It's easier and super important to introduce gratitude as much as possible to anything I do,

To feel that I'm not entitled to anything,

And I'm using everything with a lot of gratitude and love and appreciation.

I'm walking on this planet with appreciation for the magic of being alive and being part of this unexplained reality.

So when we're introducing this quality of being,

It's easier to remind ourselves of the truth.

So we trust in life and we keep on going.
