Hey my friend,

Big welcome and good morning.

Let's take 5 minutes,

Only 5 minutes,

That's what it takes to bring mind,

Body and spirit into harmonize so your day will be so shining and you'll be in full,

Top perfection.

Let's go for it.

Make sure you're sitting comfortable or you can lie down,

Close your eyes and start to observe how your breath moves in and goes out.

Let's take a deeper breath visualizing that your body is like a balloon so when you inhale it stretches to all directions and expands and when you exhale,

Just allow yourself to soften and relax.

Inhale deep,

Expanding like a balloon exhaling,

Releasing tension,

Relaxing.

One more time.

Inhale deep,

Expand to all directions,

Ballooning out and exhale and release.

Now pay attention and ask yourself if there is any area or areas that you feel are blocking your breathing maybe your chest,

Maybe your diaphragm or solar plexus and as you're breathing,

Just pay attention to those specific areas as if you're directing the breath and the awareness to those areas inhale to those areas and visualize that when you exhale,

They soften and relax.

Don't need to do powerful breathing more than anything,

Breathing with intention and with your pure awareness,

Softening those areas.

Now let's expand our awareness and visualize that we're inhaling from the whole creation from infinity into the body so you expand your awareness wider and wider and wider and when you're inhaling,

You're pulling the life force from the whole creation into your body.

When you're exhaling,

You're reversing and transforming to the most staggering,

Powerful sun ever been and you're shining out immense and intense light.

Inhale nourishment from the whole creation and feeling that this nourishment heals,

Transforms and softens any part of your existence and then transformation is exhaled as intense pure light to fill the whole creation with light.

We're adding gratitude so now when we're inhaling from the whole creation we recite thank you.

When we're exhaling back to the whole creation with so much light,

We recite thank you.

We continue to breathe in this way with gratitude and awareness and we intentionally inviting the beauty of creation to heal and transform any part of tension,

Of illness or resistance within our mind,

Our body or our emotions.

And when we exhale,

We're exhaling this transformational light back to the whole creation.

That's your essence,

Pure,

Infinite being.

Go and shine my friend,

Forever.
