So let's start and let's say first of all pay attention how we're doing okay so let's pay attention to the breath we don't need to change anything but just to pay attention so we can know what to focus on or we can compare for later just pay attention how the breath moves in the body is it short or shallow is it deep then pay attention to your nervous system do you feel a bit agitated do you feel a bit nervous do you feel a bit anxious or on the contrary you feel very quiet and comfortable okay then pay attention to different sides of your body left and right front and back and see if there's any strong differences between sides and then let's also pay attention to our aura meaning to the energy fields surrounding the body in a sense of do you feel expanded or contracted as if there's a weight on your system okay like you wearing some diving suit or something like this like tight as if the the body needs to make an effort to expand because there's pressure coming from outside on it and then as we noticing all all those things let's also notice the observer you know the part in us that can pay attention to all those things where is that part maybe how's it how does it feel okay whatever comes to you from this part and what the maybe which part of the the body it is located or maybe it's not in the body whatever comes to you just check okay so on one hand we have that part we call the awareness on the other hand we have everything else because the awareness is aware of everything and let's pay attention to the mind now the awareness gives a sense that it's also in the mind thoughts are also in the mind so how can we create space between awareness and the mind the thinking mind for that let's focus a bit more on the awareness try to be even more clear where it is and as many details for you pay attention if the awareness is only in the mind i mean i feel that when i'm in awareness state or aware of the awareness it's also activating my heart center i feel as well that when i'm connected to awareness i have a sense of expansion as well so it has a lot of aspect to it that we can pay attention to so let's dedicate a bit more time to establish in awareness and to inquire awareness in a way but not inquiring thinking but gathering gathering experience what is awareness as many details as possible so on the other side let's say we have thoughts and thoughts can only be noticed by awareness that's the only way they can be noticed if you're not aware of thought it's not existing so try to pay attention now exactly to that to i'm aware of a mental movement maybe if your mind is not too busy maybe you can create a mental movement just think about something and then stop the thought as if you're initiating mental movement and then he's stopping the mental movement when there is mental movement which we call thinking pay attention what happens to the awareness okay so when the mind is very very busy extremely busy worried you know afraid anxious if we try to fix the mind with the mind it's like trying to clean a mirror with mud it doesn't work we need to turn the awareness inward like we started the meditation and just ask yourself okay so what's going on how do i feel feeling the breath feeling the body whatever you can feel once the system calms down the breath goes deeper then you start to pay attention to the mind so let's stay with that gap between the thinking mind and the part of the mind that is aware of itself and now let's expand the space of awareness outside the physical form feeling that the awareness occupies a much larger space than only the physical form and while being present in that space we can still observe mental movement moving through this space if the mental movement is powerful is very agitating and creating anxiety it will grab the awareness into it it will hijack it then we get lost if that happens doesn't matter just separate again yeah like separating oil and water and let the awareness again be clean observing the mental movement but not being grabbed by it hijacked by it now let's expand the awareness and to infinity i mean it's boundless yeah so the awareness is the whole creation and then again mental movement might go through that boundless space that's no problem as the system relaxes more and more and more the nervous system calms down obviously the mental movement will reduce its speed its power intensity okay so now our awareness is infinite the whole creation this is the highest purest vibration there is at the same time we occupy a human form and that human form might be nervous right now might be emotional right now might be painful physically painful right now or might be still mentally agitated but doesn't mean that we have to identify with it that we have to collapse into it yeah we can keep the awareness infinite and as this infinite awareness we can start calling different parts of our human expression to start to synchronize and harmonize with that infinite being which we are which everything is i am that i am there's nothing outside that i am that i am also everything i am but that i am-ness is not personal it's the consciousness slash awareness of the whole creation and that's who you are so your soul as part of the infinite consciousness of creation incarnated in a human form in order for you as part of infinity to realize that you are infinity you are pure consciousness so as that infinite consciousness which you are now let's call the nervous system to synchronize to harmonize okay i'm calling my nervous system to harmonize and synchronize with the pure consciousness i am part of and as you as your nervous system relaxes it will shift more into the energy system to more subtle tension check that as well yeah maybe the main nervousness is gone but maybe your system still feels a bit agitated our system is so so subtle and as it moves from its physicality it goes into its energy expression so try to zoom on the layer of energy in around your body that is off that when you go to that layer suddenly your breath get shallow you feel emotional you don't feel well and invite that layer as well to synchronize with source with all there is always remember who you are yeah don't collapse into the illusory self ego person you are the whole creation in a unique human manifestation but not a human manifestation that is aware of creation on the contrary creation which is aware of itself in a very unique form you you you call yourself okay and now let's do the same and inviting for synchronization our heart center okay connect your heart center as infinity as the whole creation and call your heart center to synchronize and you know it's synchronizing because you feel better and slowly you stop feeling separated you feel that you are boundless and way less physical way less tense way less distinct from the environment and that's what really mental health means it means simply unity in unity doesn't mean that the mind cannot work of course it can work beautifully but it's not taking us into places that is not healthy it's more interested in beauty in poetry in love in peace in unity that's a healthy mind that's a healthy beak and so you can check again as infinity if there's other aspect of your human form that is still off and you know it's off because you feel it yeah it's synchronized meaning that you don't feel much those parts of you that are synchronized but if you feel other parts or some parts it means those parts didn't synchronize which is no big deal but you can invite them to synchronize then you just feel better that's all it's very very important to understand that the aim is not only bliss meaning everything synchronized i feel unbelievably unbelievably well it's really not the aim yeah the aim is to realize that you are everything yeah you are the anxiety the tension yeah and the bliss and expansion and infinity okay so if you don't feel completely in harmony right now it doesn't matter at all just acknowledge that you are everything yeah that you are the infinite vibration including good and bad you know ugly and beautiful calm and anxious if you feel that you are everything then whatever is unbalanced imbalance will harmonize let's take time for that acknowledge that you are everything you are the stars the galaxies the cells in your body the whales and the dolphin the flowers the butterflies the infinite space the mountains you are all that because you are pure consciousness which makes all that and into this beautiful space which we are sharing let's invite those that we know that they are not in a not well right now that they're not in a position that they can connect like we can connect because they're facing hardship and the mind is not free to separate it's bound with suffering with the ego with difficulties but they are part of us like the cells are part of our body and like we are part of the whole creation so let's invite those family friends whoever and we want into this circle and invite them to soften with us to harmonize with us obviously when we sit and meditate it's easier to connect because we don't move and our nervous system enters into harmonious flow if you want to take it forward into after meditation so i think this identity or understanding that i'm everything and the connection with the vibration the energy in the body helps a lot on the go to feel that so i want to recommend to try and connect to that state of being as much as possible so thank you very much
