Hi my friend,
Big welcome.
This meditation is to support your very deep relaxation through the observation of vibration in the body.
So let's start.
Please find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and first just observe how the breath moves in and goes out.
It's natural that the breath hitting like some obstacles in its way in.
So try to recognize what kind of obstacles are there and as you're breathing through them,
Ask them to soften and relax.
For example if I feel there is some heaviness on my chest,
I'm breathing to that heaviness and I'm asking it to relax.
If I feel some tension below the chest in the solar plexus,
I'm breathing to that tension and relax.
Like this as you're breathing,
You're scanning through the body,
Recognizing areas of physical or emotional tensions,
Inhaling to them and relaxing them.
Every time you exhale you feel that your body become heavier,
Your mind becomes softer,
Your limbs are feeling more comfortable,
As there's a deep sense of letting go and I don't need to hold anything,
To control anything.
It's my time now to relax.
And now let's shift awareness to vibration.
Maybe the easiest is to feel the vibration in your fingers,
In your hands,
Maybe in your toes,
Your feet,
But actually the vibrations are all over the body.
But first go to the most obvious area where you feel some tingling,
Maybe like ants,
Maybe like electricity,
That sort of vibration.
Just be there,
Observe it.
If you find for example that you're aware of the hands and the feet vibrating,
So try to hold your awareness on both hands and feet in the same time.
And you're going to feel that they are like unifying in their vibration.
And then gently start to move your awareness and to include other areas of your body trying to recognize vibration there as well.
So for example if you recognize vibration in your fingers and your hands,
So try to move now your awareness to your forearm and then to your arm,
Just to feel that the arm is vibrating.
And then try slowly to include more and more areas of your body as a vibrational field,
As if the whole body gradually is vibrating and you're really aware of it.
And all the time scan to see if maybe there is like deserted areas that are not joined into the field of vibration.
And then try to include your head and your brain in the ocean of vibration.
And then gradually let's expand,
Acknowledging that our body doesn't end in our skin,
It actually has an energy field surrounding it.
And that field is vibrating exactly like in the body,
Outside the body.
As if your body expands now and you start to recognizing that actually you are in the ocean of vibration.
Or even better saying you are vibrational being.
Now obviously this field or ocean of vibration doesn't end anywhere.
Actually the whole creation vibrates.
So if you feel comfortable just expand your awareness,
Acknowledging that you are vibration and you are a complete part of an infinite vibrational field.
If you don't feel comfortable to expand to infinity,
Just stay aware either in your body for the vibrational field or including your aura,
That's perfect.
And if you do feel comfortable,
Expand into the whole vibration field of creation.
I am all there is vibrating with all there is.
Don't get alarmed if you feel that you are losing awareness of your physical form,
Because now you are in the vibrational form.
You didn't lose your physicality,
But just your awareness now is focused on the vibrational field.
So this is actually a very pleasant and beautiful,
Actually very healing state of being.
Just stay there and allow everything to harmonize into a beautiful vibrational field.
As long as you stay there,
As long as more and more parts of your body dissolving into the vibrational field,
You're going to feel better in mind,
Body and spirit.
