By resting in this infinite presence, we recognize the truth of who we are. This meditation is an invitation to dissolve all barriers and experience the vastness that has always been within us.

Hi my friend,

Big welcome,

Let's dedicate this meditation to infinity,

To open to the infinite infinite existence which is you.

That state of infinity will liberate you from bondage,

From suffering and allow you to recognize the truth of who you are and to stay and live like this forever.

Let's sit comfortable or lie down and let's start by taking a few deep breathing,

Filling up the whole body as if it is a balloon and exhaling and softening and releasing and relaxing.

Again a deep breath to the whole body and releasing and exhaling.

Now let's pay attention to how are you doing,

Mind,

Is the mind relaxed or moving fast?

Emotions,

Do you recognize any emotions within you?

Physical sensation in the body and now the golden tip,

You is the one who observing those things,

Is not what you are observing.

So if your mind is moving fast,

You are not the thought.

If you feel emotions,

You are not the emotions.

If your body is comfortable or not comfortable,

You are not the body.

You are the space in which all that manifest.

You are even not the observer because an observer is somebody who observes.

Who you are really is everything.

Who you are really is the whole creation observing itself that they wrongly identify as me,

As I,

As you.

To realize that,

The only way is to expand the mind.

So let's pay attention for a minute to that place around the third eye,

It's not in the third eye,

It's around the third eye.

It's an area or quality maybe even,

That when it's directed inwards,

It identifies with what it sees,

I am my thoughts,

I think,

I feel,

I want.

Try to feel that physical action as your mind identify with the person you are.

There is some kind of movement in the brain inwards that kind of locks the energy,

Locks something,

Locks the breathing,

Locks life.

It doesn't let you breathe,

It locks everything in.

Now that same place that locks in,

Let unlock it,

Let it reverse its movement.

Here like a bird that been released from a cage and it's free,

Let your mind open completely,

Let it expand.

Really,

The true nature of the mind is infinity,

Your true nature is infinity.

We are not aware of it,

Actually it's a,

We can say a wrong habit,

That we constantly pulling infinity and locking it to identify as the person.

When that mechanism is discovered,

Then you have a clear road to happiness,

To joy,

To deep well-being.

So pay attention to your mind and let it expand and expand.

You know very well that your mind can think about tomorrow and can remember yesterday.

You know very well that your mind can plan to tomorrow or even 10 or 20 years ahead.

So it's obvious that your mind has a complete versatility of movement and expansion,

It's obvious.

So let's utilize this ability to its outmost.

Let your mind expand without,

Expand to infinity,

Become boundless,

Completely boundless.

As infinity,

You can balance what you call the me,

The person,

Being.

So as infinity,

As a boundless being,

You can invite areas of tension within you to synchronize,

To harmonize.

And be patient,

Let your face synchronize with infinity,

Let your torso synchronize with infinity,

Let your arms and legs synchronize with infinity.

Once you keep your awareness as infinity,

Boundless being,

Everything else will start to harmonize with depth.

So remember the golden trick is identify as all there is,

Feel as all there is and call areas of tension within your human existence to synchronize with all there is.
