Big welcome my friend,
Let's dedicate this meditation to dissolve anxiety into the infinite space of awareness.
Make sure you sit here comfortable or lying down,
Gently closing your eyes.
Let's start by taking three very deep breathing,
Directing the breath into the lower part of the body and from there filling each and every part with as much air as we can.
Inhale deep,
Exhale and relax,
Soften,
Soften,
Soften,
Releasing tension.
Again inhale deep,
Fill up as much air as you can to all parts of your body and then exhale and release tension,
Feel that you're softening,
You're relaxing,
Feel more comfortable.
One more time,
Inhale deep,
Fill up your body with so much air,
With so much wellness,
With so much light,
Everywhere,
Everywhere,
Everywhere and then exhale,
Soften and soften and soften and release.
Let's move into relaxation,
Relaxing your forehead and your eyes,
Relaxing your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue and every part you're relaxing allows us to feel that it's becoming alive,
Vibrant,
Radiant.
Let's continue to relax our shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers,
Our chest and ribcage,
Feeling that that area of the chest and your ribcage is softening and allowed breath to come in and nourish your lungs with beautiful fresh air.
Let's relax the solar plexus,
The diaphragm just underneath the chest,
Allow that area to soften and relax,
Facilitating a beautiful breath in as your solar plexus relaxes.
Let's relax the abdomen,
The lower abdomen,
The pelvic floor,
Allowing the breath to naturally enters into the body and make itself down into the lower part of the body without any effort.
As you're relaxing more,
The breath can enter more,
Occupy naturally more space without any effort.
As the physical breath can be felt only in the upper body,
The energy aspect of the breath can move everywhere anywhere,
So as we're inhaling gently into the body,
Let's invite the energy of the breath to move all the way down to our legs,
Our feet,
Into our arms,
Our hands and fingers,
Into our skin.
When we inhale,
The whole body is nourished by the physical breath and by the energy breath.
We're breathing with no effort now,
Natural breath that nourishes the whole body.
And let's affirm saying that I'm inhaling nourishment and I'm exhaling tension.
I'm inhaling nourishment and I'm exhaling tension.
I'm inhaling light,
I'm exhaling darkness,
I'm inhaling light,
I'm exhaling darkness.
Just become aware of your body and allow it to soften further and further.
And let's shift awareness now to our skin.
Feeling that our skin is alive,
That the skin of your body is made from light.
It's shining,
It's shimmering,
It's shining inwards and bringing light into your body.
It is shining outwards and radiating light into the whole creation.
The skin is radiating,
It's shining.
And when you inhale,
You're nourishing this light,
You're increasing this light.
Like you're charging your skin with more power,
So the inner and the outer light enhanced,
Become brighter,
Shinier.
The light of your skin has the capacity to transform any tension into pure light,
Into golden light.
So let's allow that light to penetrate deep into your body and to dissolve any area of tension.
Emotional tension,
Physical tension.
The light is transforming it into light.
And all the dark corners of our being transforming into a source of light,
Shimmering light,
Radiating light that carries all the darkness outside.
Into the infinite space surrounding our human existence.
And that light which you are is so intense that it's supporting others to realize their light as well.
So friends and family,
Loved ones,
They're all transforming into that light that shimmers in the whole creation.
As you're transforming into this beautiful light,
Let's recognize if there's still any areas of tension within you.
And let's combine the breath and the image of light to make sure that all those leftover areas of tension are transforming,
Are softening,
Are synchronizing with the infinite light within and all around you.
When you inhale,
You're inhaling light and you're shining it into the area of tension still existing in your body.
When you're exhaling,
That light enhances the whole light which you are already,
Transforming that tension.
Into the most bright being,
Ever being.
Right now,
You're illuminating the whole creation.
You are the sun of creation.
Allow yourself to relax into that.
And allow yourself to feel that infinite light which you are and all the space around you is.
It's so safe,
It's so comfortable,
It's so nourishing and loving.
That you completely relax all tension into it.
