This meditation is dedicated to my wife Ziza, who is now in recovery after a kidney transplant, and to all those who made this healing possible. We hold space for her health, for Yair’s love, for the donor whose generous act gave new life, and for every hand involved in this process—from doctors to caregivers to unseen facilitators. Each one reminds us of the deep kindness that quietly moves through the world, often between people who have never met. In this session, we connect to the body as a sacred vessel—carrying life, memory, and energy. Through gratitude, we soften into awareness of how supported we truly are.

Wonderful.

Okay,

So I want to just to say because I think all of you know Ziza,

My wife,

And this week she had a kidney transplant and I want to dedicate this meditation to first of all her power to recover because through all the years and she and continuously taking care of herself in such a beautiful way that when it come to a time that her body needs so much power to recover this surgery and to come back to harmony,

It's doing it beautifully and the kidney is working and this is like a rebirth,

It's really magical.

So this is the number one.

Number two,

I want to dedicate this meditation for the person that donated the kidney and also for the Spanish health,

Social health system because I'm so amazed with their,

And have so much gratitude to their openness and professionalism and all the effort that they're doing for that to take place.

It's really not obvious that human beings are taking such a good care of each other,

Completely not obvious.

And here it's happening big time and I see it's not happening only with my wife,

With Ziza.

I see other people that are at the same time getting treated equally.

Everybody gets the same treatment and this is so fascinating and so humbling to see how not only in a human,

On a human level that our people are amazing,

But also socially there is a social,

A political way of supporting humanity and this is really humbling and deeply appreciated.

So I want to dedicate this meditation to that spirit of unity,

To that spirit that we are actually here humans on this planet to support each other,

Especially when we are in difficult situation.

And in order to do that,

First of all we have to be peaceful with ourself because if we're not peaceful with ourselves,

We're too busy with our problem and we cannot see the other in their difficulty.

Yeah,

So let's dedicate this meditation to find the peace within ourself and then to open our hearts to others,

To open our minds to others,

No matter who they are and where they are,

Because everybody deserves peace,

Everybody deserves health,

Everybody deserves the best.

And good,

So let's just stay focused inward and connect to our breath,

To our breathing,

Just feel how the breath moves in and moves out,

And as we're paying attention make sure that you're not forcing the breath,

Because maybe if you really pay close attention and you don't force the breathing in any way,

Maybe you feel that actually it's very much blocked.

And that if you don't force the breath,

Actually it's not straightforward that the next breath comes and how it comes.

Of course it will come,

But maybe if you really pay attention,

There's a blockage somewhere there.

So we're really looking for that initiation of the breathing,

That very soft and almost unfelt point where the breath starts.

I feel it somewhere in the throat or somewhere in the very,

Very top of the chest.

That from there the air starts to come in.

And then when I pay attention to that area,

I feel that there's a bit forced against,

There is some force against.

So check for yourself the first place where your body interacts with the breath,

With the air.

That's where we can find if there is resistance or there is no resistance.

And resistance doesn't mean that we are consciously resisting the breathing,

Of course we don't.

But it means that deep inside,

Subconsciously and emotionally,

There is some forces,

Especially emotional forces,

That doesn't let the breath to move in easy.

So just scan for yourself,

See what you find.

Now if you find in that exact spot emotion like maybe some sadness,

Some anxiety,

Some fear,

Some anger or any emotion that is not love,

Peace,

Happiness,

Something that is considered not comfortable,

Let's say train not to be afraid of it and to,

It's okay to feel any emotion,

It's really no big deal.

In a way it's the way the mind tells us that through the emotion that something is not working in harmony.

So actually it's a great tool.

Once you recognizing any type of emotion in that exact place where the breathing starts,

Just be with it.

Be with it,

It's not you the ego,

It's the awareness that is not the ego at all.

So you shine awareness on that point of connection between breath and emotion and the body.

Now always it's super essential as whom are you looking.

If you look as the person,

Meaning me as the ego looking at my emotion or me as the whole creation looking at emotion in that person.

So please try to expand your awareness to the whole creation and as infinity you're observing that point of tension.

And always,

Always,

Always,

If that's what you do,

The results are relaxation.

Always.

The results are deepening of the breath.

Always.

The results are more peace in the mind.

Always.

The results,

And that's very interesting,

Is always,

At least that's what I feel,

Salivation.

Yeah,

As if that relaxation immediately activate some positive movement in the central nervous system that also affecting the parasympathetic to secrete more saliva for digestion.

Traditionally in the Chinese Qi Gong,

When you're noticing this secretion in the mouth,

Which should be swollen as a golden elixir and directed into the lower abdomen,

The second chakra.

Now,

As you following the point of interaction between the breath and the body and the emotion with awareness,

With infinite awareness,

Always the breath start to go deeper.

And if you feel much better already,

Just stay quiet,

Like a hunter,

You know,

And just stay,

Invite the body to show you the next point that maybe there is some tension.

Normally it will be again between the breath or the breathing and the body,

But a bit deeper normally.

So just observe without manipulating the breathing in any way.

And when the emotions start to surface,

Again apply the same infinite being,

Aware of the point of interaction with tension and emotion,

Just be there quietly.

This is very powerful because it allows emotion that are stuck in the system to come to the surface and liberate it.

Every time you feel emotion,

It's beautiful.

It means that it comes to the surface and in a second it will go.

And all the time,

Because there is a process of relaxation and deepening of the breath,

So the experiences normally are going deeper and deeper,

So those interactions between breath,

Body and emotion are found deeper in the body,

Maybe in the stomach,

Maybe in the lower abdomen,

Pelvic floor,

Or even you might find it in the extremities,

In the limbs.

Good.

So after we follow that interaction between the breath,

The body,

The emotion,

Then we raise vibration from that physical expression,

Physical emotional expression,

Into vibration.

So actually we use the same technique,

But instead of following the breath,

We're following the layers with this meditation that we did before the carrot and the onion.

So we're starting to expand or to visualize as if we have a central channel,

Like the center of a carrot,

And then we start to expand awareness very,

Very gradually until we feel that there's a layer,

Or we're hitting a layer,

That suddenly the breath,

The breathing stops again,

And maybe emotions again are rising up in our awareness.

That's another celebration,

You find another area of tension,

Just stay there,

Quietly as infinity.

And again the same technique,

Once you feel a bit quieter,

You expand another layer,

And you know you hit a layer because suddenly you feel the vibration are a bit different,

And the breath changes,

And emotion might rise in the same time.

And once you feel a sense of ah,

Some relaxation,

Continue to the next layer.

And those layers can be in the body or outside the body,

In the aura,

Just continue,

Gradually expand and expand.

Okay,

Of course when you do it on your own,

You can take time and be very,

Very meticulous,

And really try to find all those layers and areas of tension.

But now let's be more wild,

And now let's visualize that who we are,

Our body is actually the whole creation,

And let's see if we can feel the tension in our whole creation body.

Yeah,

So what you're doing,

You're visualizing that your body is the whole creation,

Yeah,

And then in that whole creation body,

You're just observing levels of tension.

Yeah,

Because if there is tension in your body,

It is also reflected in your whole creation body.

Okay,

So your mind is infinite,

But in the same time,

It's trying to sense tension in your infinite body,

And you're just being with that.

Just if this technique raises questions,

So I just want to explain that your true infinite body is pure consciousness,

It has zero tension,

But below pure consciousness,

You might find tension.

The awareness that observing tension is pure,

And what we want to do is your infinite body will harmonize with the pure awareness,

Infinite consciousness.

Next step is to,

From that infinite being and harmonize infinite being,

We can again glance into the human person,

The human being or the personal self,

And see if still that personal self,

Which we call normally me,

I,

Is still holding some tension that we can invite it to synchronize with the infinite being which we are.

Call your heart chakra,

Call tension in your physical form,

Call tension in other chakras,

Just invite tension to synchronize.

Okay,

Now when our system is much more calm,

Harmonized,

Relaxed,

Let's give gratitude,

Because all what we're doing here is inviting what is already here to be harmonized,

So actually we're giving permission,

And we're inviting our body to function the best,

And this is a beautiful moment to give gratitude for our body,

For being so amazing,

And always,

Always striving for harmony.

To give gratitude to our infinite body that guides us and directs us,

So we can find ways to feel better in this life,

Like for example this meditation,

And many other ways,

And to give gratitude for ourself that we're taking the time and we're making the effort to do what it takes to feel better,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Psychologically,

Spiritually,

And let's give gratitude,

Much gratitude for life,

That it is nourishing itself really,

And we are life itself,

So we've been nourished with so much abundance,

So much bounty,

On all level,

On all aspect,

Receiving so much,

And it's beautiful to take a minute of gratitude for that.

And then let's say,

Give gratitude to the human spirit,

That they managed to move beyond the ego,

And to see the other,

And to support the other,

Feel that there's so much goodness in humanity,

And to emphasize that we connect to the heart energy,

We're connecting to love right now,

Because there's so much goodness in us as well,

And when our heart is open and our mind is relaxed,

We can see the other and have space for them,

For the painful,

The difficult,

For the suffering,

And as well for the successes,

For the beauty,

For their glorious existence,

Because we are relaxing and we see the same in us.

So let's just invite those that we know that maybe find it difficult right now,

Invite them to this circle that we're sharing,

So they as well can feel and benefit from that beautiful energy generated here.

And as we are connecting,

I feel the presence of my father coming,

And he just reminds me there is a lot,

A lot of help that's coming from other dimensions as well,

With a lot of power,

A lot of love,

So we can include the gratitude for those dimensions that never leaves us and always supporting.

Beautiful.

So thank you so much,

Blessing to everybody,

Thank you so much,

And we keep on going,

Never stop.

Bye-bye.
