Because that's the whole thing.

It's to understand that that's the direction.
It's not that the mind is an enemy,
But we need to learn how to use it for our best of use and not to be abused by it,

And the first thing to do is to start to take some distance from the identity with the mind,
To think that I'm this mind.
The mind is a tool like the heart,
Like any organ,
The mind is one of its functions.
Is to think,
But it's not its only function.

It has a much higher function called awareness.

This is part of the mind,
But normally we don't rise to that level.
We stop in the thinking.

We identify with the thinking as the thinker.
I am the thinker.

Those are thoughts in that mind.
And if you start to do awareness practice,

You'll see very clearly that you are aware of your mind,
But you're not your mind at all.
And that's where we all are,
And that's how we need to be quiet.

Being quiet is not only in meditation,
It's to develop enough awareness to pay attention on the go that we are not quiet,

That our mind is moving even when it doesn't need to move.
When you are paying close attention,
You'll see very clearly that there is a small gap between thinking and not thinking,
Or moving the mind and not moving the mind.
And it's very important to be aware of that gap and to practice that gap.
So you have the ability,
The tools,
To shift from thinking to not thinking,
From noisy,
Active mind,
Loud mind,
Into not thinking mind or quiet mind.
And sometimes it's even easier to do it on the go that when you sit and meditate,
Because when we sit and meditate,
There's only the noise in the mind.
And when we are on the move.

Especially if the move is not very destructive.
So it's easier to pay attention and to maybe pay attention to the way we walk or what we see around us or other people even or anything and not give power to the mind.

Before we go into the meditation,
A few words about awareness.

So awareness is magical.
Maybe it's the most magical thing that a human being has.
And the reason is that awareness is the only thing that goes with us forever.

And that's the area that is really dividing between the feeling of unity and separation.

Because this area here in the forehead,

Earth,
Or infinity human being,
Constantly moving,
With no disturbance.
But the minute this area starts to think,
Meaning it's kind of pulling the awareness into thoughts,
Then that free flow of energies and life force stops immediately.
So this is really the area that we really need to pay attention what's going on and we need to understand how to use it for our benefit,
How to use it for our benefit.
So let's focus on that,

So first of all,
Let's bring the awareness,
I want to say inwards,
But it's important to understand that awareness doesn't need to be inwards.
It can be outwards.
As long as we are aware of something which is present,
Then we are safe.
It doesn't have to be inside our body.
In fact,
Sometimes We cannot keep the awareness inside the body because the nervous system is so crazy,
So all over the place,
And we must move the awareness outside the body.
And then the minute the awareness is connected to anything that relates to the present moment,
It can be a tree,
It can be somebody walking,
It can be the sky,
Clouds,
Anything,
It's connecting to the present moment,
And in that instant also the energy in the body and the nervous system start to harmonize immediately.
So it's important to remember that awareness must be connected to presence.
Yeah,
So the minute we are focusing on presence,
It doesn't matter in or out,
So in that minute and that minute we start to harmonize our insight.
And the reason is because the whole creation operates in unity.
Everything operates in unity constantly and unity means equals presence.
And if the If we are not present,
Then we are off,
We are not synced,
Yeah?
We are off chord.
So,
The minute your awareness is touching anything that relates to presence,
Then your system starts to harmonize,
And you start to move into accordance,
Into harmony,
Into sync with life itself.

So let's connect.
What I suggest that we start by paying attention to the area of our forehead.
And start by softening the eyes,
Softening the face,
Softening the jaw.
Only that.
That simple gestures are already kind of opening the road or the trail or the direction.
To the excess that accumulates normally from thinking in the area of the third eye,
It starts to soften down.
Now,
If your nervous system is not supercharged,

So you can continue and pay attention inside your body.
You can pay attention the way you are breathing.
You can pay attention the way your physical body is held right now.
You can pay attention to tension or relaxation in your body.
But let's say expand way,
Way more than that.
Let's say understand that Awareness is not limited to inside the body.
Awareness is not limited to anything.
It's infinite.
Like the whole creation,
This is your awareness.
And this is very powerful to realize and to understand.
That who you truly are is where your awareness is parked.
If your awareness is parked only in the body,
You think that you are your body.
If your awareness is parked just outside the body in your aura,
Then you have a feeling of much wider space.
But if your awareness is parked boundlessly in the whole creation,
Then you are the whole creation.
It's really working like this.
Now when we say awareness is sparked,
Awareness doesn't move on its own,
It moves with an image.
So there is a collaboration between the mind and the awareness.
The mind brings the image and the awareness becomes aware of that image.
So the image that we want to use right now,
Which is the most,
Most beneficial,
Is infinity.
So,
Your mind becomes infinite.
In fact,
It's not really an image.
It's a state of being because it's the most natural.
Image is always separate from the wholeness,
Is something defined.
But infinity is boundless,
It is not defined.
And that's the most expansion of your mind.
So let your mind expand to infinity.
And of course,
With that comes awareness.
Always they go together.
And now,
When your mind is infinite,
Even if your nervous system is all over the place,
Hold infinity,
Because that's your salvation really.
Because outside,
In the infinite space,
You're always balanced,
Always.
Only your human being state comes and goes from balance because of the ego,
Because of the mind,
The emotion,
Many things.
But the infinite U is constantly balanced,
Always balanced.
So,
If you teach your mind to become infinite,
To allow itself to be infinite,
Then you can always have a tool to harmonize the ups and downs of your human existence.
Always.
How do we teach the mind to be infinite?
It's really not about teaching,
It's about allowing.
Like how you teach a spring,
A mechanical spring,
Not a water spring,
A mechanical spring,
To be with its full expansion,
You stop compressing it.
That's exactly the same.
Your mind wants to be infinite at its natural state.
But it's constantly being pulled and being compressed,
Constantly.
So,
Really,
It's about letting go.
Letting go of what?
Of thinking,
Yes?
Of being somebody right now,
Of planning,
Of worrying.
Of any other movement of the mind beside infinity.
It cannot do the same thing.

So once your mind is infinite,
Then you can start and support more your human form or human being.
So here is the trick not to collapse again into the identity,
I am this person.
Keep your mind infinite.
It's really about opening an infinite space.
Than within that infinite space.
There is a human being that normally we call it me or I.
And now the process is to call that human being to synchronize with that infinite space which is completely,
Completely balanced and harmonized already.
Let's start doing it by inviting our heart center,
Which is such a powerful energy center,
To synchronize its energy with the whole creation.
Again,
You're not inside pushing something outside.
You are everything.
And that everythingness calling part of itself,
Which is the heart chakra,
To synchronize.
I'm calling my heart chakra.
To synchronize with infinity?
Am I?
You are already that.
You are already the whole creation.
You are each and every star.
You are the whole molecules of the creation.
You are the infinite space between the galaxies.
You are everything.
This is mind-blowing,
Of course,
But that's the truth.
And that everythingness which you are.
Is calling a part of itself,
Which is very tight.
To come home to synchronize,
To relax.
Now you,
The person who's hearing this,
Doesn't need to do anything really.
You just need to say,
Yeah,
I'm inviting my heart.
To synchronize.
With infinity am I,
With I am already everything.
And that's it.
Then you just observe how your hearts say AH.

Your mind,
Your awareness is the whole creation.
Including the tension in your solar plexus.
Just call it home,

And wait and see how it's working.
Give yourself time.

Just trust.
Hold the space and it will take place,
It will happen.
When you harmonize the chakra as infinity to synchronize with infinity,
It's so powerful because that quality,

Love in the heart,
Is the quality of the whole creation.

You are synchronizing love with the whole creation.

But let's work specifically with the nervous system.

We just need to ask ourselves where and how do I feel nervous.

Or just some nervousness in the whole body.
As if deep inside there is a sense of shakiness.
This means that the nervous system in general is charged.

We're calling the nervous system to synchronize.
And this type of meditation,

Is that your mind and your awareness and your awareness is holding both the whole creation and,

Your nervous system,

Aware of both.

You can do it with anywhere in your body or you can apply this technique to a specific chakra that we didn't touch,
Like the third eye,
Like the base or the second chakra.
Whatever you feel is needed.
Beautiful.
Now as we're holding this beautiful space,
Let's invite loved ones.
It can be people,
It can be animals,
Plants,
The planet.
Anyone that we want.
To share with us this space.
The same as you're harmonizing your heart chakra,
For example,
As infinity with infinity,
You can do the same for anyone,

So anyone,
When you are holding this infinite space,
Anyone that you are keeping in your mind,
In a way,
Start to synchronize with this space,
Exactly like you did and doing.
This space is the most healing space there is,
Because everything that it touches,
It causes it to synchronize to its origin.
So let's invite whoever we want into this space and as we do it it's very important that we will hold this space for them to benefit.

It's easier to get into that space and to maintain it.
When we leave the meditation,
The mind starts to move back into movement,

And it's difficult to keep quiet.

And maybe this is the most important training that a human being can do in their life,
We need to train.
We need to train and constantly come back to that space so our mind will know to recognize,

And will bring it automatically back.

Second is to introduce gratitude yet to bring gratitude into your life so the mind that is tend to go all over the place will be more coherent with the heart and will not move away from connection with life.
Because when the mind is connected with the heart,
It is much closer to unity with the present moment,
With the heart and with the whole creation.
