And we exhale with gratitude.
Again to the whole creation communicating with life.
Every time we exhale our energy field expands and expands.
Every time we inhale we're acknowledging our connection with creation.
Our mind is wide open with no limit infinite mind inhaling from the whole creation the life force,
The essence of existence and communicating it to our existence.
And always gratitude.

And when we exhale we exhale with gratitude and we share the same essence with our brothers and sisters,
With the stars and the planets,
With the galaxies,
With the lakes and the mountains.
Breathing the earth essence,
Breathing the heaven essence and sharing it with all the risk.
Inhaling deep,
Exhaling,
Feeling that the whole body responds to the breathing.
That each and every cell,
Atom,
Molecule is enjoying,
Is grateful to be connected to the life force of creation.
As we breathe the whole creation breathes.
Keeping infinite attitude.
I am all there is.
Breathing together with all there is.
Continue to breathe with expansion and gratitude.
The gratitude is essential to activate the heart.
And as we're enjoying our existence let's make sure that we're releasing tension from any hidden part in our body,
In our mind.
Make sure that when we're exhaling any hidden tension from muscles,
From tendons,
From face,
Everything soften.
And we can let go because we know we are loved.
We feel we are caressed.
We feel we are supported.
We feel we are nourished and safe.
And we let go any tension within us.
Make sure your skin is so soft,
Your muscles completely relaxed,
Your mind is so calm like a serene lake.
Your internal organs are so soft and so happy to function.
Allow the heart to love and to enjoy existence.
Allow the mind to be completely at peace so it can experience the love that is everywhere.
If there is any leftover tension just release it with the out-breath.
And support it knowing that you're safe,
Completely safe and held.
Knowing that you are part of the wisdom that maintains and creates all there is.
Surrendering to it.
And now let's let go completely of being focused on me,
On me,
On I,
On mine,
On my body,
On my thoughts and emotions.
Completely drop the whole thing.
Let the mind be completely soft,
Not engaging with anything.
And as a result feeling completely infinite,
Completely one with all there is.
First we are being and then human.
Always first being.
Being is the easiest.
It means we just drop everything and we are being.
Any mental activity,
Emotion,
Engagement with anything is dropped.
When we are in this state it might be even more apparent,
More clear that there is some distractions.
It's okay,
No worries.
Just drop them to go deeper and deeper into no thing.
Everything is completely alert.
We hear if the eyes are open,
We see if the body is moving,
We walk.
But there is no engagement.
There is so much peace in the mind and in the heart.
When the being gets deeper and deeper,
The sense of unity widens and widens.
The sense of love expands.
The sense of unity and losing this separation gets clearer,
More and more clear.
For that we have to completely abandon any mental conditioning,
Attitudes,
Thoughts,
Movement.
Everything has to let go.
The mind separates us from the truth and the mind by letting go allows us to reconnect with the truth.
Consciousness and quantum field the same.
When our system acknowledging consciousness as its source,
We are in the place of creation where everything rises to and dies to.
Let's enjoy being in that place before creation,
This place of infinite,
Infinite possibilities.
And now from that place of infinite possibility and pure stillness,
We can create reality that we like to have,
But with no attachment.
So for example,
If you like to see yourself healthy more than you feel normally,
Just see it and feel it,
I'm healthy,
But stay infinite.
If you want to achieve any goal that you find a bit difficult,
Again you can visualize that and feel it and see it clear,
But don't lose the connection and don't separate from the quantum field of infinite possibilities.
As a wave not losing the connection with its source,
The ocean,
And with its essence,
Water.
Play with it without attachment.
See it's clear,
But don't lose connection.
Let's drop this mental activity,
Even now let's drop it,
And allow again to emerge completely in pure consciousness,
In the infinite ocean of bliss.
Now it's natural that when we sit and meditate,
It's easier to keep this state,
And when we start to move and to activate our mind,
It can be more difficult,
More challenging.
So let's take a minute or two to prepare for that.
And here there are a few keys that can help us.
One is very important,
Is gratitude.
So to try and keep expressing gratitude as much as possible,
This will keep the mind and the heart in tune,
And when that happens we are in tune with creation.
The second is trying to be aware of every movement we do as much as possible,
Anything,
Doesn't matter what we do.
Do things a bit different than normally,
Instead of the right hand,
The left hand,
Instead of doing this first,
Do that first.
And this again will force the mind to be present and to move out of its habits.
It will give you more space to choose if you want to think or you want to be present.
It will give us more space to contract negative habits that we sometimes have.
It will give us more space to see how the mind operates and to choose if you want to participate or not.
And let's conclude by visualizing that we are forming a matrix of light all over planet earth,
Connecting first all humanity in one mind,
One heart,
Seeing that the whole earth is engulfed with this quality of light and love that connects us all together.
And we breathe together,
We share in light,
We share in gratitude,
We support each other to be the best possible,
The radiant possible,
The infinite possible.
And then we're adding into this network everything,
The plants,
The animals,
The lakes,
The rocks,
The mountains,
The oceans,
All the fish and the bacterias and the viruses.
Breathing together,
Celebrating existence,
Uniting through love and light.
Feel the nourishment it gives you,
Not only that you need to support but feel that you're loved by everything.
And let's expand into the whole creation,
Feeling that planet earth is forming the same matrix with stars,
With planets,
With galaxies.
And the whole creation breathes together with so much happiness,
Joy.
One heart,
One mind,
One consciousness.
