Big welcome to everybody.
Good.
Let's first of all acknowledge the space where we are sitting,
Where we are,
And immediately acknowledge that this space is alive.
The same as if you are inside a pool,
You know you are in water,
You don't have any doubt about it.
So it's time we realize that everywhere we are is the pool of life,
It's a pool of consciousness.
But it's not only an idea,
It's a feeling.
And that's what I want to encourage us all to feel,
That the space in which we are is a living space.
How do we do that,
Or how do I do it?
I can feel that inside me there is vibration,
And the same vibrations are outside me,
And therefore I feel that I am alive,
Vibrating inside and outside.
That's how I feel that I am in a living space,
Because I am alive.
So wherever I am,
I feel life all around me.
So let's dedicate a minute to feel that,
To feel that the space where you are,
The space inside you,
It's one space,
And it's completely vibrant and alive.
No need to waste time in a way,
And to do different spiritual exercise.
It's just like this,
So we have to acknowledge it,
And then we can experience it,
That's all.
And that space that is alive around you,
Of course it's not limited to where you are,
It's the whole creation.
And that space that is alive,
And it's the whole creation,
And the space inside your physical form,
Is the same space.
And not only that,
And maybe most important,
Is that space is alive,
And it has consciousness to it.
It's not alive dead,
It's alive with consciousness.
It's a living being,
And the whole space that you are connected is alive.
It's like a person you can say,
But it's the ultimate being,
Yeah,
Which is alive.
So the whole creation is actually one being,
Who is infinite,
Infinite,
Infinite,
Infinite,
And there's no enough infinite to say how many different expressions are to that being.
And right now,
Unless you are a spirit,
Or an angel,
Or any other form,
Or mosquito,
Or fly,
You're a human being,
So you experience a human existence,
Yet in the same time you get infinite consciousness.
And this is really the point that we are all gathered here on this planet,
In this life,
To realize exactly that.
While having a human form,
Acknowledging that we are the infinite consciousness in the same time.
Okay.
The name that I called this meditation is Back in Love,
And the reason I mention that is because even when we are so spiritual,
And so connected to exactly what I just guided until now,
Inside all of human being,
There is a mechanism that pulls us out of that.
That keep on pulling us out of the truth,
And pulling us through the different traumas and difficulties that are all relating to love that we all experienced,
To more or less extent.
And we have to go back into love by realizing that operating mechanism within our psyche that pulls us all the time out of the truth of who we are,
And again pushes us to fight with the mind,
With ourself,
With others,
With the world,
That pushes us to resist the present moment.
We have to recognize this operating mechanism within us,
Because from working with myself all these years,
From working with others many,
Many years,
I see that many people are keeping the same cycle over and over and over again,
Finding themselves in the same difficulties again and again.
And the reason is because underneath there is that traumatic person,
Or boy or girl,
Better saying,
That experienced something,
And based on that experience,
It's kind of shifted life,
Or shifted the angle of being,
And from there we're all the time moving in our life.
So even if we are super spiritual,
And we are really connected to what I mentioned in the very beginning,
We have to attend to that little girl or little boy,
And try to be with it,
To be with it and to attend to its lack of love,
Because that's really why things went wrong.
Only that,
Only because of lack of love.
And at the same time,
As we're attending to that girl or that boy,
We need to acknowledge the truth of who we are.
So this has to work together,
Hand in hand,
Working on the psyche and working on the unity,
The spiritual being.
So back in love.
So I would like to guide us today into this unity between spirituality and that aspect within us that needs attention.
But let's first go back to where we started,
And connect to that beautiful place of infinite being.
Let's say,
Feel again the inner vibration,
The outer vibration.
Feel that your whole being is vibrating.
But not only your human being,
Yet the whole creation is you,
Vibrates.
This acknowledgement of unity doesn't mean always bliss,
Because maybe we don't feel good right now.
And that's perfect,
That's no problem.
It's not comfortable,
But it's not a problem.
If you realize that you are everything.
You don't always have to feel amazing.
But the side effect of feeling that you are all there is,
Always is bliss.
So when you realize that you are all there is,
But you don't feel well,
You feel maybe upset,
You feel physically unwell or anything else.
The outcome of this acknowledgement results in bliss and well-being.
Okay,
So let's dedicate a bit more time to acknowledge our infinity.
To acknowledge that we are infinite vibration,
To feel it.
And then to allow tension that is inside our human form,
To synchronize with that infinite,
Infinite being which we are part of.
Okay,
The way we can do it is acknowledging the enormity or the infinity of consciousness that is in the whole creation.
And in the same time acknowledging tension which is lodged within a human system.
Just inviting tension to synchronize with no thing or infinity.
But before we smoothing everything and blissing out.
Let's dive into our human form.
Because normally the tension lodged within the human form.
Not normally,
Always.
It's a result of duality.
The minute we are moving out of unity which is the truth.
Into duality which is illusion.
The system gets tense immediately.
And as much as the illusion is stronger.
And the tension around the separation is stronger.
Meaning fear,
Anger and all the negative emotions.
Then we get more and more congealed,
More separated.
And the tension increases.
So let's pay attention to the tension within us.
And try to localize it.
Without any commentary.
Just being present.
And try to see where is the tension focused.
Is it in your chest?
In the throat?
In your head?
In your abdomen,
Solar plexus?
Maybe in your skin?
Maybe you feel it in the whole nervous system?
Or maybe all of the above?
And rest your awareness on it.
Be with it.
Now.
We want to go into the trauma,
The suffering.
But we don't want to dive into that experience.
As the ego person.
This is the key here.
Otherwise it can be too much,
Too painful.
We must first acknowledge the truth.
Then when we are safe as the truth.
Then we can touch the pain.
Don't get confused.
And as you are moving into the pain.
Don't do it as the person.
Do it as infinity.
Expressing an aspect within itself.
That is painful.
So again.
Before moving deep.
Let's again expand out.
And acknowledge the truth.
You are the whole creation.
You are all there is.
Everything.
You are the stars.
The galaxies.
The infinite space between them.
You are the infinite space between the atoms.
All there is you are.
Not you.
The person.
You.
That consciousness.
Which makes everything including what you call you,
Me,
I.
Feel that first of all.
Feel that you are the consciousness of creation.
This can only be truly felt when you stop being you,
The person.
It can only be truly felt when you drop the mind.
And you let your being be.
Not as a mind.
You drop the mind.
So now as infinity.
Without collapsing into the story.
Into the pain.
By acknowledging infinity.
And acknowledging the truth.
Try to feel in the same time the tension within your human form.
Again,
Don't collapse into it.
Stay infinite.
Stay the whole creation.
And be aware of the tension.
Okay.
And allow yourself to feel that that tension.
Is let's say at least.
At least from very very early childhood.
Let's not go to past life.
Which is also very relevant.
But let's only talk about this life.
Okay,
So stay infinite.
But acknowledge the pain.
That your system holds.
Yeah,
Because.
Whatever happens that has to do with separation and lack of love.
But stay infinite.
Don't collapse into the drama.
Have infinite space for the pain.
To be acknowledged.
From the beginning of your life.
Maybe in the uterus you already felt.
That you are separate from your mother.
Maybe in the uterus you already felt that you came to a space that is not.
Loving that is hostile.
Or maybe when you were born you felt.
Unloved.
Unwanted.
Maybe later somebody took advantage of your innocence.
Could be infinite possibilities.
For us especially in childhood to feel vulnerable.
And to develop.
A very traumatic.
Under our subconscious being.
But now we're visiting it as infinity.
Not as the person.
This is what allows you to do it.
So as infinity.
You're touching that part that is painful.
And you just allow it.
Allow it to be.
Allow it to bleed in a way.
Like you touching.
Some wound that is full of pus.
And you just.
Being with it and then it started to drain.
And drain.
And drain.
And you're being with it.
With love.
Don't collapse.
Even if what you're touching is very very painful.
Don't collapse.
Stay infinity.
And now.
Invite that pain.
To dissolve.
Into the infinite love of creation.
Back in love.
So that.
Traumatic girl.
Or traumatized girl.
Or boy.
Is acknowledging again.
That she is safe.
He is safe.
First of all.
As part of creation.
Okay so.
If you felt the pain really strong in your heart.
In your chest.
Let the pain dissolve.
Into.
That infinite.
Loving space.
That is all around you.
And to remedy more.
To help more.
Let's acknowledge.
That that sense of love.
That is the nature of creation.
Is also the nature.
Of the earth.
That you're standing on.
You're sitting on.
And feel that the earth loves you.
To remedy more.
Feel that the heaven caresses you.
Yeah.
With such a gentle.
Soft.
Loving.
Embrace.
And caress.
And all that you're offering.
To that painful part within you.
Feel that the clothes.
You're wearing.
Is an offering of life.
So you're safe.
You're comfortable.
You're warm.
Feel that the oxygen you're breathing.
Again.
Is a.
Is a way.
Is a way that life.
Are committed.
Always.
To be with you.
Wherever you go.
Feel the energy.
That's circulating.
Inside your body.
That's circulating.
Around your body.
That are in constant.
Nourishing.
Again.
It's the love.
Expressing.
In that way as well.
And into all that.
Loving space.
You're inviting.
The pain within you.
To soften.
To surrender.
You're inviting.
Maybe that first memory.
Of things.
When things went wrong.
If you remember it clear.
Or if you don't remember.
It doesn't matter.
But you're inviting that incident.
Or those incidents.
To soften.
And relax.
Within the infinite loving space.
Now that incident.
Or those way of being.
In childhood.
Marked your psyche.
To behave in a certain way.
This is the way you're behaving.
This is your default being.
Embrace that as well.
Okay.
So I have low self-esteem because of that.
Okay.
So I have fear within me because of that.
Okay.
So I don't trust easy people.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I don't trust love.
Okay.
So all those tendencies.
They became.
You know the way.
The little girl or little boy.
Are manifesting themselves.
Within your psyche.
And that should be embraced.
And accepted.
Because.
You're not.
Only that person.
You are the consciousness of creation.
That experiencing.
Something as a person.
So let's make sure that we expanding.
And we expanded.
Yeah.
Because maybe what I guided through.
Is very very personal.
And it's very normal that it pulled you.
Into your history.
And into your personal experiences.
But let's make sure that again.
We are acknowledging.
Our infinity.
We are acknowledging.
That we are pure consciousness.
That we are.
The wisdom.
Of the whole creation.
Yeah.
Not as a separate person.
As everything.
And then.
Into that infinite being.
Which you are.
Which everything is.
That.
Painful part within you.
Is part of it.
And nothing wrong with that.
It's just what it is.
So.
We gave it attention.
We gave it healing.
And we can continue to do that.
On our own.
And in the same time.
We also accepting.
Anything and everything.
About it.
So now let's say.
Let go of.
All what we've just done.
And again make sure.
That your mind is expanding.
That you are all there is.
Pure consciousness.
Infinity.
That your body vibrates.
Exactly like the space around you.
Exactly like the whole creation.
And that vibration.
Is the essence of everything.
And you are that.
Essence.
So even if you feel unwell.
The essence stays the same.
Good and bad.
Are all made from this essence.
Okay.
And let's use this beautiful space.
Which we are all sharing.
So nice.
Offer it to other people.
Or other being.
That you know that they are.
Finding this moment difficult.
And just by inviting them to this space.
They can heal.
They can soften tension.
So let's take a minute and invite.
Whoever we want.
Into the space we are sharing.
