
Healing The Inner Child

From presence, all reflected nicely and clearly. We have space for joy and suffering to raise without identifying with it. Healing the inner child will manifest with no effort when done from presence. From acceptance and love.

So a few words about the inner child.
When we're working with the inner child,
Actually it's a little bit the same as we're working with the older child,
Or the adult,
Or any aspect of our existence.
Because we have to understand first of all who am I,
Who I am.
And then in the view of who we are,
The truth of who we are,
Then we're looking at things.
But if we look at the inner child from the ego,
Only from the ego I'm looking at my inner child,
Then it's a job half done,
Or one third done.
It's very important,
But it's not complete.
So we have to start opposite.
First we have to realize who we are,
And then on the light of the truth of who we are,
Then we're looking at the inner child.
Because if I'm reflecting as the ego,
Another part of my ego,
I'm still in the ego.
And from my understanding,
And not understanding,
Deep deep belief,
What I'm here to do,
And everybody including you,
Is to realize the truth of who you are,
Of who we are,
Which is pure consciousness.
And for pure consciousness,
It doesn't matter if the inner child,
Outer child,
Adult,
Doesn't matter.
Because when you're in pure consciousness,
Then you are nobody,
Nothing and everything.
And you're not disturbed by that.
But many times,
And I've been working with different people on that,
Many times the disturbance of an aspect of psychological being is very very powerful,
And it really disturbs the connection with pure consciousness.
So it's very important to work on the inner child,
But in the light of the pure consciousness which we are.
Sometimes the inner child,
Many times,
It's holding a traumatic experience,
And if we don't acknowledge that,
Then it will be so powerful in our psyche that will not allow us easily to fall into complete,
Beautiful,
Peaceful existence.
So it's important to look at our psyche,
But as I said,
In the light of the truth.
So let's first understand,
Again this is words,
And we go deeper in the meditation,
The truth of who we are.
The truth of who we are is really peace,
Is a complete peace,
Is beyond any thought,
Is beyond any identity,
It's beyond even the one who looks what is beyond.
All I am saying are words,
Only words.
When you go to that complete blissful,
Peaceful place,
No question asked,
Because there is nobody there to ask questions.
It sounds fantastic,
It is fantastic,
It's amazing,
But actually it's super easy.
It's very,
Very easy to do it,
Okay?
It's very easy.
The way we do it,
It's by complete letting go.
Complete letting go,
Utterly complete letting go.
Letting go even of the one who let go.
So a few words of how to do it,
Again we're going to practice it just now in the meditation,
But a few words how to do it.
So you know,
Every night when we go to sleep,
We have to let go.
You know,
If your mind is busy,
You cannot fall asleep.
You need to let go completely in order to fall asleep.
So that action of closing the eyes,
And in a way closing the mind,
And softening everything so you can really go deep inside,
To say it simply,
We have to do the same,
But awake.
So when you meditate,
You can close your eyes or keep the eyes open,
You're just kind of activating that sense of falling asleep,
But you don't fall asleep.
You only activate that sense of complete letting go,
As if you let the mind completely.
When you're dealing with a complete renunciation,
You all the time have to check what's underneath.
What's underneath?
Am I still in two,
Meaning me and the object,
Or there is no one?
As long as there are two,
You have to go deeper,
And deeper,
And deeper.
Let go,
Let go,
Let go.
Again,
If you meditate and you expand,
And you expand,
And you expand,
And you feel so blissful,
You feel so infinite,
But still,
You feel infinite,
And this doesn't work.
It's not deep enough.
You have to let go even the one who feels infinite.
So there's nobody,
And nothing.
It's such a deep renunciation,
It takes a lot of courage.
It's almost like jumping from a cliff.
But we have to do this deep renunciation in order to really realize the truth.
And when you are there,
Religion disappears,
Ideas disappear,
The inner child disappears,
Identity disappears,
Everything disappears,
Because you are really everything,
And you are really nothing.
Okay,
Let's meditate now.
So we go to the breath,
First of all.
The breath is always connecting us between something and nothing,
And vice versa.
Just pay attention to the breathing,
See how it moves,
See how the breath goes in and goes out.
Now,
Everything is in the mind,
Until the mind disappears,
Everything is in the mind.
So we better have things in the mind that are good,
Very good.
And one of the best things that the mind can do,
The best thing,
Is to realize it's infinite.
So let's allow the mind and invite the mind to expand,
To expand and to be,
To become,
To acknowledge its infinite being.
I am all there is.
So your breath,
Your body,
Your being,
Is the whole creation.
So when we inhale,
We inhale from the whole creation to this thing we call our body,
Or our human existence.
When we exhale,
We are exhaling to the whole creation.
So we are expanding our body,
Which is the whole creation.
Again,
Don't let your mind question what I point,
Because this is another idea of the mind.
If it questions,
It's another image.
So why use the mind to image questions?
Image infinity is the same image.
Learn to use the mind for your own advantage.
The mind is a creative mechanism,
That's all.
It's a creative mechanism.
And it's up to you how to use it.
It's creating realities.
That's what the mind does.
So when you think,
Oh,
It's all bullshit,
It's all rubbish,
What it's talking about,
It's a creation of reality.
So if it works for you,
Do it.
But if you want to say,
Actually,
Why won't I use the mind for infinity?
It's the same.
It's creation of reality.
And you know which reality feels better,
Because you feel it in your body.
You feel it in your being,
In your emotion.
As expanded as you are,
You feel more amazing.
No doubt.
I know it's 100%.
So go to the ultimate expansion,
Infinite being.
And from there,
We're inhaling and exhaling.
And then to soften the mind even more,
Let's introduce gratitude.
When we inhale and exhale,
We're introducing gratitude.
Thank you,
Inhale.
Thank you,
Exhale.
And every time we exhale,
We become more radiant,
More glowy,
More light,
More light,
More vibrant.
And every time we inhale,
We're pulling this beauty into our body,
So each and every cell,
Atom,
Molecule,
Glows.
Let your body shine,
Shine,
Shine inside.
Let your heart shine.
Let all chakras shine.
Let's deal now with specific imbalances that might linger.
It's normal.
We're a human being.
We maybe had a difficult day,
Or we have some residues that we carry from who knows when.
And they sit on our system,
It's normal.
So let's go to the emotional system.
The emotions,
They are manifesting mostly in the heart chakra,
But could be in the throat,
In the solar plexus,
In the lower abdomen,
Or anywhere else as well.
So just ask yourself,
How are you doing right now,
If you feel happy,
If you feel joyful.
And if the answer is no,
Which is usually the case,
Go there.
And feel the tension that produced this answer.
And happiness is not like jumping on the roof.
Happiness is a beautiful sense of peace,
Contentment,
Deep well-being that is not related to anything.
It's not happy because this or that.
No,
No,
No.
If it's happy because this or that,
It's not true,
Or it's not it.
Happiness is a feeling,
A sensation,
Like love,
Like fear.
So pay attention.
And if you don't feel really relaxed in your heart,
If you feel maybe anxious,
Tight,
Just be there,
Be present.
And offer the tension to infinity.
Offer the tension to the light.
And you'll see it will change 100%.
If you want to use affirmation,
I'm offering the tension in my heart chakra,
If that's where it is,
To synchronize with infinity.
I'm offering or I'm inviting the tension in my heart chakra to synchronize with infinity.
You just say it and you just wait and see.
Our heart chakra,
When it's balanced,
Not only our heart chakra,
Every chakra,
Must be the size of creation,
Not less than that.
So when the heart chakra opens up,
Let it open and fill up the whole creation.
That's quite a feeling.
That's quite bliss.
Remember that all depend on your permission,
On understanding that your mind is a machine.
It's a machine.
It's a machine of creation.
If you don't personalize your mind,
Understand it's a machine of creation.
If you say my mind is infinite,
If you say my heart chakra is infinite,
That's what it will be.
Great.
Let's go into another chakra,
Let's say the solar plexus,
Which is also many times holds a lot of emotions.
Just be there.
I'm inviting my solar plexus to synchronize and harmonize with the whole creation.
You just say it and trust and trust.
Trust that it will happen.
Don't do,
Don't visualize,
Don't push,
Don't pull.
And let's take one more chakra,
The second chakra,
Below the navel,
The dantien,
Second chakra.
I'm inviting my second chakra to harmonize and synchronize with the whole creation.
Trust.
Don't do.
Just say like you programmed the machine called mind,
You invited,
You had the image,
Now you relax.
It will happen.
100%.
Wonderful.
Okay,
So now when we are synchronized amazingly already with creation,
Now let's work with the inner child.
So what is the inner child?
It's basically imprints that we experience when we are little,
Basically,
That's all.
Could be imprints that we experience in other times of our life that were also powerful.
So our psyche holds imprints,
And normally because childhood is much more innocent,
So the imprints are more powerful,
And they say that the imprints of our,
As children in the first years of our,
First months of our existence are the strongest.
Okay,
So some of us knows those imprints.
We know what we've been suffering as little children,
But maybe some of us don't know.
But if we don't know mentally,
Consciously,
It doesn't mean that our system doesn't know.
It knows everything.
So let's practice what I call going back in time,
And we'll go back in time and we'll try to feel through our system how it feels in certain ages.
When we do this practice,
It's extremely important not to think.
If I tell you,
Okay,
Now you are 20 years old,
Don't think,
Ah,
Let's say you are 40.
Don't think,
Ah,
So when I was 20 and start to remember what happened,
Ah,
So I felt like this,
Like that,
That's why I feel like this.
No,
No,
No.
We don't do this at all.
Mind outside now.
It's not mind,
Practice that we're doing here.
We're doing here being.
So when I mention an age,
What you need to do is only say the age,
That's all,
And wait.
Your system will react immediately to that age,
And you'll know how you felt or feel in that age,
Okay?
So we call it going back in time,
But actually we don't go anywhere because the information is here.
There's only now,
Actually only,
We're only pulling the information like the Akashic records,
Pulling the information into this moment.
That's all what we do,
Yeah?
And we're experiencing it now because it's here.
Like you call somebody,
You need their number,
You call them,
You talk to them.
So the number is the age.
Okay.
So because I'm sure we're all different ages,
And I assume that if we go 25,
It'll be okay for everybody.
If not,
If you're younger than 25,
No problem at all,
Yeah?
But let's start from the age that we are now.
So whatever age you are,
Doesn't matter if you're 60,
70,
Or 15,
Just connect to how you're feeling in this very moment.
How is your breathing?
How is your emotion?
How is your physical body in this moment,
Right now?
And this will be the referral point,
Yeah,
The point at which we compare as we're bringing to this moment different ages,
We're going to feel different things,
Okay?
And the change is immediate.
It doesn't take one minute,
It takes half a second,
Or less even,
Because it's now.
Now is not time,
It's here,
You're just exposing yourself to something.
Okay,
So we're starting,
Now you know how you're feeling right now,
In this current moment,
And let's say I'm 20.
So just say I'm 20,
And immediately you're going to feel something different.
And trust what you're feeling.
I mean,
For me,
The first change always in the breath,
But maybe for you different.
Whatever you feel is good.
Just note.
Okay,
We continue.
I'm 15.
Boom.
Something changed.
Just say in your mind,
I'm 15.
See what happens.
Okay?

I'm 8 years old.
I'm 8 years old.
It's unbelievable.
The system knows so well.
Boom.
It comes immediately.

I cannot breathe suddenly.

Trust.
Just say.
Say and feel.

Nothing to do.

Is it better?
Is it worse?
Is it the same?

So I'm in the uterus of my mother,
And I'm 4 months old.
It's fascinating.

I'd like to invite you from the different ages we went through,
From 20 to 4 months in the uterus of our mother,
See which age you felt in a way the worst.
You felt that your system at that time needed the most support,
Tension,
Pain,
Lack of breathing,
Or anything else,
Images.
Everyone experienced those things in different ways.
And now comes the healing.
The infinite being that we started the meditation with is here as well as that little child or even infant that was suffering or still is suffering inside you.
So here is the time to heal the inner child.
So you are everything.
You are the infinite being.
You are a mother.
You are a father.
And you are the child.
And you are the infant.
And the fittest.
You are everything.
So now,
Let's connect to the infinite being and the loving parent,
Mother,
Father,
Even you don't have children,
It doesn't matter,
But we all have this ability to give love,
To support,
To hold,
Okay?
And let's say invite the child that had difficulties in whatever age that we found,
Let's invite him or her to our heart,
But don't become the suffering little child.
Stay the infinite being,
Stay the loving father or mother,
Hold the space for the little child to feel safe again,
To relax,
To heal,
Okay?
So you are two,
You are the infinite and you are the little child,
And you're embracing the little child,
But don't collapse into the story,
This is most important.
Stay infinite,
Stay loving.
Now if you have different ages that you've been suffering that you recognized,
You can invite different ages to this moment and be with the little child or the inner child until you feel that the inner child is softening,
Is relaxing.
Now the inner child is not only,
Let's say,
20 years ago,
It's still suffering inside you today.
So as well,
We need to recognize the parts of our being that is suffering as the little child.
Yeah,
For example,
If I was in the uterus,
No,
When I was two years old,
Sorry,
Two months,
I felt I could not breathe,
Okay?
So this can't breathe is still inside me somewhere at 63 years old.
So those qualities are inside us.
So not enough to think that I'm healing now the two months baby,
I want to heal that quality within me today.
So see if you can offer that to yourself.
It's those qualities of imbalance,
Of pain,
That actually that inner child is still vibrating in this harmony in you today and be with it.
Just be with it in love and in infinite being,
Infinite space.
Invite healing to those qualities from the past in you today.
Be very thorough because maybe you healed,
Let's say,
One,
Let's say,
Traumatic time of two months,
But maybe there is something in two years or eight years.
So just check for yourself,
Is there anything else I can invite to my heart,
To my infinite existence,
Okay?
And obviously we can do it a lot,
But we can also do it in a unified way.
What I mean is,
Let's say,
Invite all the suffering that we went through from the time of the uterus until today to heal in our heart and in our infinite being.
I'm inviting all the suffering since I was in the uterus of my mother until today to heal in my heart.
I say end,
But it's not end,
It's in the same time I'm infinite.
So I feel my heart and I feel my infinity and I'm inviting the suffering to harmonize in that beautiful state of being.
Don't look outside,
Look inside.
Look for the suffering in your cells,
In your emotions,
In your tissues,
In your mind,
Wherever it comes,
In images.
Just whenever they come,
Invite them to calm down in your heart and in your infinite being.
If you need to cry,
You cry,
If you need to laugh,
You laugh,
If you just enjoy or suffer,
That's okay.
It'll come,
It'll transform,
It'll go,
Okay?
So it's time to give gratitude because what happened here is very powerful and I'm only channeling the information,
So we have to give gratitude to the forces that are bringing all this to manifest.
