Okay,
Let's start,
Let's start.
So,
Today the subject is the healing hands.
And it's not about how to heal somebody,
It's how to use the energy in our hands to connect and balance our own system.
Okay,
So a bit of a background of theory,
And that's all from my personal experience,
And I really want to encourage you to experiment for yourself.
So,
You know,
There's a foot reflexology,
And there's a hand reflexology.
It's all the same.
The idea is that the whole body manifests in every part of the body,
Including the feet,
The hand,
The ear,
The eyes,
Everywhere.
Now,
When we meditate,
We can bring our awareness to the hand as if it's the whole body,
And what will appear in the hand is the imbalance of the body.
Okay?
We're going to practice it now in the meditation.
So,
For example,
If I meditate and I feel that physically all the energy of the body is kind of shooting more out,
So when you focus on your hand,
You're going to feel the same feeling that all the energy is more on the outside of the hand,
More on the fingers.
And then it makes the meditation more concentrated and more clear because you're only focusing on the hand.
Now,
Sometimes you might feel that the hands and the feet suddenly connect in the meditation into one entity,
And that's great,
But you don't have to make any effort for that.
Okay?
So,
Let's try it out and see how it works.
Okay?
So,
Just make sure you're feeling,
You're sitting comfortable.
You can place your hands any way,
It doesn't matter.
And then just to focus inward,
Let's start focusing on the breathing.
And then we don't need really to calm our system because it will calm down as we're balancing the energy in the hands.
Now,
Just a bit more information that just came to me now.
The reason I start doing it is because when I sit and meditate and ask myself,
Where should I focus?
So,
The tension goes,
Or the awareness goes to the area of the body that vibrates the strongest.
And it's always the hands for me and maybe for you as well.

Okay?
Now,
What happens is that as the hands balance,
The whole body balance,
And then you might move into something deeper.
Okay?
You might move into something deeper.
Okay?
But let's start and let's see what happens.
So,
Just bring your awareness to your hands right now.
And just try to recognize what's happening in your hands in terms of vibration.
Now,
It makes sense that not everybody perceives everything the same.
Like when we work with energy,
Some people see colors,
Some people feel vibration,
Some people feel temperature,
Some people get images,
Different ways.
So,
When you connect to your hands,
See in what way they are talking to you.
Because I feel vibration,
That's the language I'm going to communicate,
But it doesn't mean that that's what you feel.
Okay?
So,
Whatever comes to you as the main sensation coming from your hands,
Go with that as your language.
Okay.
So,
Now start to pay attention and start to define what's happening in your hands.
Because when we don't pay attention,
It feels like,
Yeah,
My hands are vibrating.
But now let's pay close attention.
And you see a pattern.
It's not just vibrating,
There's a pattern.
The pattern manifests by the different strengths and weaknesses of the vibration in your hands.
Normally,
Because normally the energy is more in our head,
Usually before we're relaxing,
So as well,
The energy will be more in the fingers,
In the top of the fingers,
Because this reflects the head.
But maybe for you it's different,
So check for yourself.
Now,
The magic of this work is that,
Besides identifying and being present with what is and where the vibration is strongest,
We don't need to do anything else.
And you'll see that your system starts to soften,
And the energy in the hands starts to change.
Okay,
So this takes some time and maybe some patience,
So let's do it a little bit and let's see what happens.
And if you really want to be fascinated by this work,
So you can really pay attention,
That as there are changes in the hand,
Immediately you feel changes in the body,
Because it's all connected.
And as the hand changes,
The body will change,
You'll see very clearly.
And our job is just for now to follow the vibrations that are changing in the hand,
And out of interest to see what happens in the body.
Okay,
Let's continue with the hands,
But let's focus now on the energy around the hands,
As if the hands are glowing with aura,
Like the whole body glows,
But we pay attention to the energy field around the hands.
And try to be aware of that energy field around the hands,
While being aware of the vibration in the hands,
And let them synchronize and communicate.
And let's open even wider step,
Or wider space,
Of the aura around the hands into infinity.
So there's an infinite space around the hands,
And that space around,
The infinite space,
Is communicating with the hands.
So the tension and the vibration in the hands has a lot of space to undo and relax.
Now,
Let's communicate more between the body and the hands,
And just ask yourself which part of your body can be an emotional part,
Can be a physical part,
Or the mind,
That the mind is very busy or excessive.
See if that part that appears strong in your body,
See if also there is a part that appears strong in your hands.
Usually it's like this,
Yeah?
So if your mind is still active,
You're going to feel that the top of your fingers are still higher vibration.
If your stomach is tense or solar plexus,
You'll be more in the center of the palm.
If you have anything that is not comfortable in the lower part of the body,
It'll be more the base of the wrist or the lower part of the palm,
That area.
See if you can feel a comparison and feel vibration in both spots.
And if you do feel,
Let them just communicate,
Hands and body parts.
Wonderful.
Now let's say,
Communicate hands and feet.
So try to feel your two hands and both feet in the same time.
Just see if you can feel them together,
And maybe they will even become one in your perception.
Just see what happens.
And again,
Let them communicate,
Let them harmonize,
Hands and feet.
Wonderful.
Now let's leave the hands and the feet,
And pay attention to the breath,
How it moves in and out without breathing deep or doing any change.
Just pay attention if you have more space inside you to breathe.
And as you breathe,
Visualize that you're drawing the life force from infinity,
Way,
Way,
Way above the head,
Into the body.
And when you're exhaling,
You want to feel that you're radiating strong sun.
You want to feel that you're radiating strong sun,
Outwards.
Wonderful.
And let's do the same,
Continue to breathe,
But now direct the breath,
If there's any tension in your body,
Into that area,
And when you exhale as well.
Expand and expand and expand,
To infinity.
Great.
Let's move into gratitude,
So we continue to breathe,
And we inhale with gratitude,
And we exhale with gratitude.
And the next step,
Let's acknowledge the presence of each other,
That we are here,
That we are here,
Brothers and sisters,
In a spiritual community,
And we are here to support each other,
To grow and shine.
So let's visualize the presence of each other,
That we're creating like a circle.
And we're breathing in this circle,
And we're sharing love and light and energy.
And every time we're shining more,
We're supporting ourselves and we're supporting others to shine more.
And like this,
The light expands.
Let's invite to this beautiful circle,
Whoever we feel needs more healing,
More support.
And let them feel and enjoy this light that we're all sharing.
Let's visualize that we're creating a net of light,
Like a matrix of light all over planet Earth,
That breathes together,
That shines together,
That moves love and light through the matrix.
We inhale and receive,
And we exhale and share,
All around the planet,
A matrix of life.
This work we did,
Starting with the hands,
Is just to give us more variety,
More ways to connect to energy,
And to balance the energy.
And also to be fascinating by the way our system operates,
That every part of the body balances every other part.
And that's for us to understand as well,
The importance of our own balance in our life,
To affect loved ones,
Society,
And the whole humanity,
And the whole creation.
Like if the hands are balanced,
Our body is balanced,
Our energy is balanced.
If I am balanced,
Everything is balanced.
In order to achieve that,
We have to be super committed,
Meaning that we must pay attention all the time to what's happening within us.
Because the mind is what creates the reality,
And if we just let it move all over the place,
Then it's not focused.
We lose focus,
And again we are in the confusion.
So I really want to encourage us all to be as much as possible aware,
And try to do things differently.
Instead of in the right hand,
Or in the left,
Instead with the left leg,
Do with the right leg.
Just always bring awareness to what's happening.
And make sure that you are creating new habits that are good for you.
You know,
For example,
If you wake up in the morning,
And the first thing you start to do is think about troubles,
So maybe teach yourself to wake up,
But not to think.
If the mind starts to think,
It's an old habit,
It's not necessary.
So don't do that.
If you're used to,
I don't know,
Maybe eat and read something at the same time,
Maybe it's a habit,
Maybe not.
You choose for yourself what's relevant,
What's not relevant.
And when you develop awareness,
It will help you a lot not to do things automatically.
