From Energy Awareness To Enlightenment

The theme in this meditation is about connecting with energy, infinity, and enlightenment.

Let's dive in and connect with the consciousness in our body and feel how it is being represented by us, as we perceive it through our breath. Just as we connect with the breath, we tap into the source, into the divine, which allows us to become more and more conscious.

Okay, So tonight beautiful, Lovely theme for the meditation. And it's between connecting to energy and to infinity and enlightenment, Which is the same thing. So how the awareness of energy in the body, Which could be coming from a vibration or colors or any way each one of us perceive energy, Can support us in the feeling of unity. And unity and enlightenment is the same thing. And so let's dive in and explore and connect. So let's first of all connect to our breath. And in Hebrew, Breathing is, Or breath is Neshima and soul is Neshama. And that's, E-sound is related or is considered a sound that connects us to God. So when we connect to the breath, We're actually connecting or allowing our soul to be alive through the connection with the divine. So we're starting to become aware to the breathing process. Something starts to unite our kind of dual existence with our infinite existence. Just this awareness how the breath moves in and goes out. So let's just pay attention to the breath. And always by default, We're connecting to the breathing from the ego normally. That's how we are kind of trained or that's our habit. So we're observing the breath in the body. But we have to develop this default into infinity. So the minute we connect to the breath, Why not acknowledge that it comes from the whole creation? Why only from the nose? Or why only maybe just outside the nose or the mouth? Or why just outside the head? So as we're acknowledging the breath to come from and to exhale to, The extent of our unity and the depth of the relaxation goes deeper and stronger. And if we've been busy doing things, So normally the first encounter with the breathing and the body is a bit shallow, Narrow, Limited. It's normal, Like a river that is still not going deep. And it's like the first, After the first rain, After the summer, It's just making its way, You know, Through dry riverbed, Something like this. But as we follow that flow of the river, Of life force, Of air into the body, It starts to become with more volume, More spacious, More wide, More deep. So let's observe that process. So what's happening is that awareness sees everything. And when awareness applied to the process of breathing, Slowly harmony takes place. And the reason is because everything functions much better with awareness. All the physiology of the body enhance big time with awareness, No doubt. So as we're observing the breath moving in, Moving out, Try to do it with awareness and see if there are kind of island of tension or areas that the breath didn't irrigate. It feels dry, It feels maybe emotional, It feels maybe painful. It doesn't feel really alive. And just guide with love, With kindness, The breath to those areas, Not forcing anything, Just guiding. And as we're breathing like this, What becomes clear is actually that all this process of life should be effortless. That if we're really surrendering to the life force, We don't really need to guide or to do anything because naturally the body and infinity and the planet and the whole creation will harmonize. We just need to, In a way, Let go and invite and surrender. Then it's just doing it on its own. As much as we are less me or less us, Less ego, More harmony takes place. Good. So now what we want to recognize is the energy, The vibration. So again, Each one of us may connect to energy differently. Some of us will feel it as vibration, Others will see colors, Others might have images, Others might feel temperature, Or maybe something else. Really, There is no limit to the way we can perceive energy. Because I sense energy with feeling, With sensation, I'll talk this language. But if you see more colors, So you continue with color, That's perfect. So let's pay attention to vibration in the body. We want to recognize energy. Now, If you're not familiar with energy, It's easiest to connect to energy in the hands and the fingers because there the neurological sensory wiring is really, Really strong. The mind is really tuned with the hands and the fingers. So just be present in the hands and the fingers and try to recognize tingling, Vibration, Something like this. Once you have that clear, Try to extend the sensation of vibration, Of tingling, Or the awareness into the arms. And then slowly, See if you can sense that your whole body is vibrating, Is alive. Now, It's normal that one area of the body will be more easy to sense compared to other places. But you'll see that as you are aware of vibration, Slowly you'll feel that the whole body is vibrating, Is completely alive, Like fizzy water. And try to be as global as possible to include even areas that doesn't feel so vibrant. Once you're feeling that the whole body is vibrant, Let's move to the aura. So again, If you're not familiar with that, The easiest again is to go to the hands and the fingers, Just to visualize that they are glowing, You know, That the skin is glowing, Light, Vibration, Warmth. And again, Like we did in the body, We do outside the body, That glow, We start to pay attention to it as if it's engulfing like a layer all over the body. Like the whole body has a layer around it that is comfortable, Is beautiful. As if your body doesn't stop in the skin, It's vibrating further out in another layer. Now, Sometimes when we are stressed, That first layer will be tight, Dark, Oppressive. It's normal. But when we are just being with it, It will start to relax, To soften. From there, Let's expand further out to a further outside layer. Let's call it the second layer, It doesn't matter. But a bit further out from the body. And see if you can recognize that further out there's still vibration, Maybe different than the first layer, But it is what it is and it's there. So, We're focusing further out from the physical body and further out from the first layer of the aura. Now, Sometimes, Again, When we are stressed or when we have different conditions, Can be especially around fear, When we say, Okay, Now let's go further out, So some people feel afraid to do it. Because outside there, Maybe they say, Oh, It's dark, Scary. But I encourage you, I encourage all of us to do it and to move further out, Away from the second layer, Into a wider space of energy that engulfs all your body like another layer further out. And see how it feels there, When you're much wider than your physical form. And the next step is to acknowledge that actually the same vibration I feel in the body and around the body in the different layers of the aura is actually in the whole creation. That actually I'm an infinite being, That I can be aware of the life force vibrating in the whole creation. Only the mind creates limited and boundaries between people, Nations, And between my aura and infinity. But it's only the mind, Because the truth is that we are unity, We're only one energy. So now, We're acknowledging that I'm infinite and the vibration I feel is actually in the whole creation, The same thing. Try to feel it. Now, I'm talking vibration, But you might see that the whole creation is light, Is pure light, Whatever comes to you. The next step is to start to feel and acknowledge and give gratitude to the interaction between what we call me, The ego person, And the creation, And see if you can recognize how everything flows so magically in and out, Maybe in wave forms, Maybe just vibration, Whatever you feel. Try to feel that this connection with creation is completely alive, Vibrating, Strong. And now, Just for fun, When we pay attention to the breath, When we are in this infinite being, Acknowledgement, That's really amazing to feel that the feeling is that the whole creation is the breath, That even the air and the movement of the air is infinite. And the next beautiful step is dissolving. So like a drop of rain becoming ocean, We dissolve in the ocean of consciousness, Of pure being. So now, It's not that I'm in the center and the whole creation is around me. Now I am everything. Or as Ramana Maharishi said, I am that, That I am. So everything is everything. And from my understanding, Or my personal experience, This state is the strongest healer there is, Because we are like resetting our whole system in that state. There is zero resistance. So as much as we are in this enlightened being state, As we move through our life, We feel better. This is, If you feel that way, You feel the unity, This is enlightenment. We moved into the state of infinite being, Pure consciousness, Or enlightened state, By recognizing the energy from the ego person into infinity and into dissolving this pure consciousness. When we train more, This gradual process of dissolving actually can be instantaneous. And for that we train a little bit, Then we can do it extremely fast. And when we, In a way, Getting deeper, Ideally, That's the Buddha state, That we are like this all the time. Let's relax in this beauty and recharge and harmonize. And if you still feel, Which is normal, That within you, Physically, Emotionally, Psychologically, Or energetically, There is still tension, Just invite those islands of tension to harmonize with the whole creation. Surrender. As much as we lose control, More balance, More magic available for us. Now obviously not everybody on planet Earth right now is in the same state as we are. So it's so beautiful if we invite loved ones that find it difficult on this planet to come and join this beautiful circle of pure consciousness, Pure light, Which we are experiencing. Just invite them to be in front of you and to share the light which you are, Which everything is. Of course, You can do it with as many people as you want, With animals, And with the Earth itself. As well, If you have a certain organ or a certain part of your body that is not functioning very well, You can bring that specific part in front of you and let it share the light and the harmony. And to support all humanity, Let's visualize it with this level of consciousness, We're creating a matrix of light all around planet Earth and uniting with the whole humanity and a beautiful, Beautiful connection of light and love and well-being. One breath, One love, One heart, One mind, Breathing together, Illuminating and supporting each other. So I just want to remind you the steps that we took, So you can do it on your own whenever you want. And it's extremely important to do it, Extremely important to stay sane, You know, With all the inputs that nowadays we get through social media, Through everywhere. So we started by connecting to the breath, Acknowledging the breath, How it moves from outside the body into the body. And then we start to connect to the sensation in the body, Acknowledging energy in the body, Outside the body, Moving into the aura and expanding and expanding and expanding, And then in the end dissolving in the ocean of pure consciousness.
