So as we're moving from physical to energy,
It allows us to recognize.
That the life or the life force expression in the body and outside the body.
Is actually the same.
But maybe for some of us it's new information.

So your mind can adjust gradually.
To that shift from physical into subtle.
So let's pay attention just to the way our body touches surface.

The way we sit,
Or lie down.

Or any physical sensation produced by this contact.

Because we don't stop doing that.
Really be with that contact.

If you go deep into this contact between your body and the floor or the chair,

But what about the part that doesn't touch?

The physical and the subtle are living in the same time.

It's all the time together.

The easiest is to bring awareness to the chest.

And the answer is your emotion.

This is your emotion.

Sometimes we can give it a clear name.
Sometime with just something there that doesn't necessarily settle for this or that name.
But we know it's an emotion.
So just be with that without trying to shift it,
To think why I feel like this.
Just be with it.
And once you are clear about its center,
Where is it really manifesting the most?
Again ask yourself,
So what's happening in the same time in the rest of my body?
Widen your awareness.
Your body is still alive,
Existing.
Wonderful.
So,
Let's expand further out from the physical body.
Just a bit out,
As if there is a layer wrapping the physical body.
And as we're observing,
For example,
Still working with the emotion,
What's happening in the body… So let's add that layer.
To a spectrum of observation.
Include that one.
So what's happening outside my body in the same time that I feel the emotion in my heart?
And then let's expand.
Boundless.
So instead of just holding.

A defined space around your body.
Allow your awareness to expand.
And become infinite.
And then ask what's happening to that emotion in my heart.
When my mind is infinite.
When my mind is not confined to this little identity that it's habitually confining to.
And then let's even explore something more fascinating.
Is that awareness?
That awareness that allowed you to feel or to be conscious to the way you sit to the way you breathe.
And to the way you feel.
That awareness that expanded outside the body and now it is boundless infinite.
Just be aware of the awareness.
And then when your mind is so infinite,
Boundless,
Then you can ask who am I?
And the answer.

Should not be a thought.
Because now your mind is boundless.
It's not a thinking mind.
It's a being mind.
So when your mind or your awareness is boundless and you are still aware of that vibration we connected earlier.
You can feel that you are that ocean of vibration boundless,
Infinite.
Ocean of vibration am I.
And this is a very powerful.
I would say the most powerful healing space.
Because that undisturbs boundless vibration.
Is balanced.
And that pure light.
It's easy to see the imbalance.
It's easy to see.
What blocked within this human form we called I-me.
And invite that blockage to synchronize.
For human existence.
Can harmonize with Source.
And feels so much better.
So without losing that infinite state of being,
That infinite ocean of vibration.
Let's again pay attention to the emotion in our heart center.
And let's invite it to synchronize with that infinite ocean of being which we are,
Which everything is.
And the most magical trick here is not to do it as the person.
To do it as infinity.
Infinity is calling parts of itself home.
To synchronize.
To tune.
Is into stillness.
Take a minute and feel our heart chakra.
Feels wider and wider.
Until the sense of bliss and love manifesting naturally.
And we're shifting into the solar plexus.
To invite that energy center.
To synchronize in the same way.
Infinity MI.
Calling parts to synchronize.
I'm calling my solar plexus to synchronize.
With that infinite being.
Which am I and all is.
From here.
We're reaching out to our nervous system always without losing.
The infinite being which am I.
Meaning your,
Let's say,
Identity or sense of being,
It's not an identity.
Is boundless.
This is number one.
This is the truth.
And then you're calling that blocked paths.
To synchronize.
You are not inside.
You are not outside.
You are all there is.
There is no inside and outside.
There's only one,
A uni-verse.
Only one.
And you are dead.
So we're connecting to the nervous system.
And we don't need to know science for that.
Just connecting to a general sense of nervousness.
And you can be super super infinite.
But if the mind is not acknowledging nervousness.
It will stay there probably.
Again,
Nothing wrong with that,
You are all there is.
It's just much nicer to be without that.
So recognize that I would say layer or areas.
Of nervousness within your human form.
And as the whole creation,
Call it to synchronize.
Your mind is already boundless.
Your mind is all there is.
Calling on every system to synchronize.
To come home.
To harmonize Vibration.
So gradually as we're doing this,
Let's say work,
If we can call it something,
We stop feeling our physicality.
Gradually there is only a sense of energy and if you go deeper only a sense of am I or I am.
On a sense of presence.
Unconditional presence that is beyond life and death.
It's how you came into this body,
It's how you're supposed to be in this body,
And how you're supposed to leave this body.
It's all the time the same.
It's called enlightenment.
It's called pure consciousness.
But it really doesn't have any name.
Because it is.

It makes all the names.
And it's after all the names.
So as we're sitting here and meditating in a beautiful environment,
Safe,
Calm,
We can connect to that vibration.
But as our body starts to move,
And our day demands our action.

How can we keep some of that on the go?
Number one is by retraining our existence,
Our nervous system.
Our mind.
To be in that space,
He'll start to occupy more and more.
Of our existence without making any effort.
So,
Just train.
Number two.
Is to introduce humbleness and gratitude,
So the mind will remind itself,
I'm not the only one.
And realign with the heart or through the heart with Source.
Number 3 is introduced.
Awareness to daily habits or daily things that you're doing.
Just take something small and try to take it as your center of training for presence.

How you brush your teeth.
Only that.
That's all.
And then you can add to it something else if you want.
We have to acknowledge that our psychological tendencies will pull us stronger.
If we have tendency to be afraid,
We'll experience that.
If we have a tendency… not to trust life and to feel that I'm not worthy,
But experience that.
The mind,
When it moves,
It moves in its tendencies.
But when you experience so deep the truth of who you are.
Let it be so.
Let the mind do its tricks.
You'll know that.
As you're practicing deeper and deeper and affirming again and again who you are,
Who you truly are.
Then those psychological tendencies become less centered and less important.
Don't worry about them.
You don't need to be perfect to be enlightened.
Because you are already enlightened.
