This meditation invites you to walk a clear and powerful path toward inner bliss through five subtle yet profound steps. We begin by noticing the breath, not to change it, but to witness it with honesty and patience. Beneath the breath, a deeper layer often appears: emotion. Instead of avoiding it, we stay present, allowing it to be exactly as it is. From there, attention shifts to the vibrational body—the subtle field of sensation and movement that exists within and around you. As we rest in this energetic presence, something begins to open. Awareness gently expands to include everything, recognizing the unified rhythm of life vibrating as one. Eventually, we move past perception itself, arriving at the silent space of pure Being, where bliss isn’t something gained, but something uncovered.

Okay let's start again good morning for everybody let's just pay attention inside and first of all observe the breath don't change the breathing at all just pay attention what's happening with your breathing right now completely honest if you don't take any any deep breath is it going deep naturally if it doesn't just be in that exact place where you feel it's get blocked just be there patiently quietly lovingly remembering that you are the space where things manifest and right now you're focusing in that space on the breath on the quality of the breath if we say like more systematically so we call the breath number one number two just underneath the breath there is emotion so as you're observing the quality of the breath check for the emotion and see if there's any emotion attached to the breath that you're experiencing maybe a tiny tiny sadness or anxiety or worry or anything that you feel emotionally emotionally wise it doesn't feel right and as you're being with the breath be with that emotion as well but be with it not on it be with it as infinity give it space be space and always always the reaction of doing that is that the breath releases and the emotions are softening the breath start to move deeper naturally without pushing it okay so we had number one breath number two emotion when these two starting to come down and to go deeper and to be more comfortable we're going to number three vibration so we're guiding the mind to search for vibration in the body if the mind is more agitated the vibration will be in all over the place and unorganized yeah it'll be all over the body in a way that is very chaotic still you're not that you're the space where that manifests so just ask your mind to define as general as possible where the vibration manifesting for you right now if possible general in the whole body if possible if not only one place and rest your awareness on that global vibrational experience in your whole body when you're doing when you're doing that you're encouraging without doing anything life to come place to come back to its natural flow like a overflowing rivers to retrieve back to the natural flow natural channels so our job is only to observe the imbalance not to do anything because the body is nature it knows what to do good after we had the generalized let's say vibrational awareness we go a bit deeper to see if we can recognize strong vibrations in any part of the body normally it starts stronger in the arms and we we follow it we follow the vibration but we follow it as infinity not as a person meaning that your awareness is in the size of the whole creation and then it's including what you're focusing on but you're not leaving the source infinity because you are that so what manifests manifest within your infinite being it's observing a phenomenon within itself and that's the whole trick moving from a separate being illusion to infinite being truth without losing infinity follow the vibration right now see where is it now because actually the vibration is a way that the body start to harmonize itself so when channel one set of channels fills up the next set of channels will start to fill up if you know the meridians so there'll be a set of four starting gallbladder liver pericardium,

Tupor wormer and then normally it will go to the next set of four heart small intestine urinary bladder and kidneys and then it will go to the third set of four which is lung,

Large intestine,

Stomach and spleen but if you don't know the meridians and the location and all that don't worry about it just try to see what you're feeling and where it is that's all what is needed we call it following the dragon yeah we're following the vibration as long as you feel vibration the energy is still in a low vibration yeah although it's already more let's say spiritual a more light altitude higher altitude but it's still lower vibration and your job is to be with it be with it as infinity be with it completely wide completely infinite in your mind next step is to acknowledge that the vibration inside your body is actually in the whole creation your body is the whole creation and it's all an ocean of vibration vibrating together to the point that you start to lose the sensation of separation between your body and the ocean of vibration you don't know where you start and when you end because you are everything a vibrational field in that state you might experience that the vibration comes from the sensory way of connecting but you might see an ocean of colors ocean of pixels which is a sensing infinity through the sense of sight you might sense the whole creation through the sense of smell through your nose you might sense the whole creation through the sense of hearing yeah like om infinite om that the whole creation vibrates and you can experience those vibration through different senses don't push it just acknowledge maybe it will come to you naturally don't make an effort here but what happens naturally is that the vibration because it's a low vibration it's on the sensory level so our systems start to display information on more higher frequencies which is the sight and the hearing that's why you might experience that the emphasis of your connection of your perception changes from one sense to another if not so don't worry about it at all you know it's all offerings for you to check okay next step we're going to the highest altitude which is no vibration no sight yeah it's beyond the senses it's called being so we don't have a spectrum through which we connecting to the ocean of being it's direct connection so don't look for anything just be everything everything you don't look to find it through the sight the hearing smelling the sensing no just say i'm all there is and let that the pure being manifest naturally no effort it's natural it's all natural the mind craves its source it's like craving it's yearning for it when it stopped moving it immediately touches source and you know that because you start to feel bliss you feel amazing you feel that you are all there is you feel light calm serene loving with no effort because this is nature it's just like this when all the sound and the disturbance that normally we live in is melting into its source now you might feel like this so so infinite so light so connected but maybe still part of your human ego presence is not completely harmonized that's no problem at all but it would be nice that each and every cell atom of your being will vibrate this resource so here we can do adjustments always our starting point is infinity infinity am i now as infinity you're calling those parts within you within your physical form your human form to synchronize so if i feel that no doubt i am all there is but i still feel that my thighs are emphasized i feel them i'm not supposed to feel them so i just invite this up the thighs to synchronize this so let's take time and you this you do this process for yourself inviting whatever is standing out in a different vibration of source to synchronize to achieve a deeper and deeper synchronization there should be a very very profound surrendering complete surrendering and surrendering means that when i completely let go i might appear from this bottom of what my subconscious holding something that is not very nice but that's no problem so allow yourself to surrender completely and invite whatever needs to come up and to evaporate to do so stay infinity don't go into the story don't go into the identity infinity is is your home don't leave home when you make order stay at home and here there is a zero judgment because you are already all there is it's not that you are a good or not good successful not successful if some parts of you are not in complete harmony you are the source so there's no worries at all always emphasize on the truth and let your system adjust that's all okay so just to and remind the process so you can do it whenever you want as much as better obviously this is not the only way to to meditate or to connect this is one way and if it works for you that's cool number one we're connected to the breath and we we checked how is it doing and we being with whatever we felt without changing anything in the way we're breathing just complete awareness number two under the breathing comes immediately emotion we're being with the emotion we're being with the breath and the emotion until we feel the start to relax and moving a bit deeper and emotionally feel more comfortable so number three we went to the vibrational body we just ask to connect to the vibration wherever naturally we connecting and that's a starting point to chase the dragon or to follow the dragon so we start to follow the vibration wherever it goes how it goes how it manifests but what we emphasize is infinity we let the mind become infinite and then naturally what happens the vibration start to harmonize and we start to feel more and versus a separate body that vibrates somewhere with no connection to the rest next step we expanded completely and removing from a vibration into being we acknowledging i'm all there is pure being and the last step we invited tension to synchronize with source which we are this extremely powerful and as your system harmonize more and more and more and the effect is very profound not only now but it'll go with you through the day and as you do it again and again and again it'll change very profoundly your whole being so blessing on your practice and thank you again any blessing to everybody
