When you cannot fall asleep it's a result of so much mental emotional and physical tension let's expand to infinity so all that tension will have an infinite space to dissolve so you can fall asleep and maintain in a deep sleep relaxed and rejuvenated Hey my friend,

The Eagle come,

Let me help you to ease your way into sleeping make sure you're comfortable in your bed just pay attention how your body is resting how it's touching the surface which part touching more than the other and let's take a deep breath imagining that we're filling up the whole body with a lot of air but also with a lot of life force and then exhale and release tension again inhale deep pay attention to the whole body as if it's a balloon that expanding and exhale and release tension take another breath but this time not very deep pay attention more to the energy that moves with the breath and less with its physicality and feel that that life force is filling up your whole body exactly like a balloon that expanding but without any physical force only with your awareness exhale and release tension now try to imagine your whole body and see it as space surrounded with a balloon like surface or edge just become aware of that space as a living space this is the energy which comprises your body that vibration those movements is the energy that is constantly moving within you when that energy is soft and moving in harmony you feel good when it's blocked you don't feel well now the beauty is that just by being aware of that space within your body your mind will relax your emotion will soften and your physical body will relax so become aware of your body as an energetical space to make this even more profound let's wider the space that we call your body to your aura to the energy space that's surrounding your physical form so allow your mind to expand wider and acknowledge that's wider space as your new edge and recognize that this wider space is as vibrant alive dynamic as the space we started with being that wider space acknowledge the life force the vitality in it being present with that will calm your mind will soften your emotions and relax your body and being present with the energy space surrounding my body and now let's expand boundlessly let's acknowledge now that our body has no edge let's acknowledge that our aura has no edge that who we are is infinity itself and now all tension has an infinite space to dissolve to relax let your mind relax to infinity let your heart center relax to infinity let your solar plexus the area below your chest relax to infinity let your nervous system any sense of nervousness relax to infinity and like this in that infinite state of being with no tension within you're going to very beautiful deep sleep have a blessed night my friend
