Who you are is who you think you are,
Who you visualize yourself to be.
When you're acknowledging yourself as a little person,
The whole creation gets very,
Very tight around you,
And you feel stressed and anxious.
This meditation will help you to open up,
To expand,
And to realize that,
In fact,
You are boundless.
And then all your energy and stress accumulated in that little person will have so much space to open up and to relax.

Let's meditate just to relax,
Just to feel more comfortable,
Peaceful.
Sit down.
Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably.
Bring your awareness inwards.
Observe your body.
If you're lying down,
Observe how it touches the floor of the bed.
If you're sitting,
The connection between your legs and the floor.
Then observe the alignment between your crown through your spine to your tailbone.
And then let's bring our awareness to the breath.
Observing how the breath moves in and goes out.
Just take a very gentle,
Deeper breath,
Visualizing that we're filling up the whole body.
Inhale.
And then exhale,
And allow yourself to relax to soften,
To let go.
Again,
Inhale a bit deeper than normal.
Visualize that the breath moves into the whole body.
And then exhale and relax.
Let go.
Now,
Keep your awareness connected to the whole body at once,
As if your body is a space that when you inhale,
It fills up with the breath.
And when you exhale,
Your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes.
So now we don't breathe with force.
We breathe with awareness into the whole body,
As if our gentle breathing fills up the whole body just by recognizing the whole body.
So when we inhale the breath,
It spreads beautifully into the feet and the toes,
Into the arms,
Hands and fingers,
Into our head and our scalp with no effort.
Remember that awareness and energy follows image.
When you have a clear image about the whole body,
Automatically,
The breath and the energy will fill it up.
The only thing you need to pay attention to is where you'd like it to go.
So now let's expand into our aura field,
The energy field around the body.
So once you're visualizing a field like a circle all around the body,
Now as if you made your body wider,
Bigger,
So automatically the breath and energy will fill up that space.
No effort is needed,
Just clarity of image,
Then everything will manifest naturally.
I'm breathing now to my aura space,
As where you don't need to make any effort to visualize it in a very specific way.
The instant you just say,
I'm breathing to my aura space,
The system knows what to do.
Everything will take care of itself.
Now let's expand the awareness to infinity.
So right now instead of being ending in our aura space,
We are infinite,
Boundless,
No end.
And that's become our body,
Our space,
Infinite being.
And to that infinite space we are breathing.
Remember not to make any effort,
Just to focus on acknowledging the infinite space you are with and you're breathing into it.
Every time you inhale,
The whole creation fills up with your light.
Every time you exhale,
Your physical body relaxes and softens.
This relaxation connects you with the source of who you are and what everything is.
It creates endless space for any type of tension,
Physical,
Emotional or psychological to completely relax and transform.
