The mind constantly tries to pull us back into familiar identities and repetitive thoughts, keeping us tied to old patterns. But beyond all thinking, there is a space of pure being—calm, vast, and free. In this meditation, we will learn how to quiet the mind completely, letting go of its endless pull and resting in the stillness of our true essence. By observing without engaging, we open the door to a state beyond identity, where presence is all that remains. As we quiet the mind, we will also dissolve all boundaries that create a sense of separation. By softening these mental limits, we open ourselves to experience the infinite light that we truly are. We will reflect on what happens in the brain when we think and when we don’t, noticing what shifts as we surrender to pure awareness.

Okay,

So what's become very clear?

It's on one hand that we are enlightened,

On the other hand that we have a lot of pull from the mind to our old identity.

Now,

The mind is not only identity,

It's not only thoughts,

It's the very essence of thinking that I'm me.

It's already a thought.

The first thought is I'm me.

So let's start by just taking a minute to pay attention what's happening when the mind doesn't think and there's only sense of being and we're bringing a thought into the mind.

Just play with it for a minute.

As we're paying attention to thinking,

No thinking,

Try to really be very clear about the movement in your brain,

In your mind.

What happens when you think,

When you don't think?

What moves and how?

So we can see clearly that the thought has a magnetic field that pulls awareness into it,

Grabs it,

Attaching it.

And we can also see that all this game between thinking,

Not thinking,

Awareness attached or not,

Is observed.

We can see that.

So let's focus.

We have now three points to pay attention to.

One is thinking,

One is no thinking and one is the space in which that takes place.

Let's take time and just be more clear about this.

Try to define each one and to be completely clear about it.

Okay,

So we can see very clearly that the thinking in a way it's a habit and the way we think and what we think about,

That's a whole different subject that relates to psychology.

But here we want to be beyond that.

We want to be the space in which that takes place and actually when it relaxes it doesn't take place.

There is no thinking.

That's where peace is,

That's where source is,

That's where enlightenment is.

Now no thinking is not enough because if we still I am not thinking we're still in the realm of the ego.

So the other side of no thinking is infinity.

Yeah,

So if the no thinking is only directed into the identity,

I'm not thinking,

Still the awareness is only attached to this form we called me.

But if we allow awareness to expand to the whole creation,

So then we create a bridge between what we call me,

The no thinking me,

And our creation obviously doesn't think,

Just manifest in beautiful perfect order.

So let's focus on that in a way projection of light that usually again by habit is only projected inward and what's happening to me versus projected outwards and what's happening to me as part of all.

Okay,

So this is the center,

The essence of our existence.

If we only stay in that state when everything is connected and everything is one,

That's where we're supposed to be 24-7.

Now when we start to meditate normally our nervous system is not vibrating in the same way as that state of pure consciousness,

Pure being,

Because it is agitated,

Still wavy.

Yeah,

Like a lake,

This has big waves.

So we know the truth,

We are the truth,

But the waves that been been there before,

Because we've been,

We've forgotten who we are,

It'll be nice if they calm down.

Then also our system will be the truth,

Not only our consciousness.

For that purpose what we need to do is synchronize between our nervous system,

Meaning the sense of agitation,

Maybe anxiety,

And that sense of infinity.

They need to synchronize.

The way we do it,

First of all,

We focus our awareness as I am all there is.

So the mind and the awareness is completely infinite.

The second step,

Once we establish in infinity as infinity,

We start to pay attention what's happening in the physical form,

In the human form,

Just inviting part by part to harmonize with that infinite being,

So everything will become one.

When we do this harmonization process,

The essence is that we must keep awareness infinite,

Not collapse it to the size and identity of the body.

Now our identity is completely different.

I am all there is,

And my human being is only part of it,

But it's not all of it.

So we can start and synchronize between me as all there is and the heart chakra,

The center of the chest.

I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which am I.

I'm inviting my solar plexus to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which am I.

So the identity is that my body,

My being is all there is,

And I'm inviting those parts we mentioned to synchronize with what am I,

Not I am,

Am I already.

It's not personal.

I'm inviting my second chakra,

Sacral chakra,

The area below the navel to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which am I.

I'm inviting my third eye to synchronize with the whole creation,

Which am I.

And now let's pay attention to our aura.

The aura doesn't start only around the body.

From the center of the body there are round,

Let's say,

Layers,

Like layers of an onion that we can find that they are tight,

That their energy is not working well.

Once we're finding those layers,

We just have to pay attention and be with them because these are layers that the energy is blocked.

The way to do it,

If you are new,

I mean,

You can follow,

If you want specific,

There is a meditation I call the onion and the carrot or the carrot and the onion.

You can listen to it,

But basically we're just expanding our awareness from the center outwards until we're finding a layer that feels uncomfortable.

The first indication it's uncomfortable is because our breathing starts to be shallow,

But also you might feel emotions there,

You might feel vibration that is not comfortable.

Then again,

Like we did with the chakra,

I'm inviting that layer to synchronize with infinity,

With DMI.

Okay,

So let's do it.

Once you release one layer,

You continue to move outwards and outwards.

The ultimate layer is the whole creation.

So,

The awareness is that my body,

My being,

Is the whole creation.

I am all there is,

And me as the whole creation is vibration.

As vibration,

We need to make sure that this vibration is the most comfortable there is.

So,

We can say I'm inviting any form of blockage in my vibrational field to harmonize with infinity,

DMI.

That's it.

Just wait,

It will harmonize.

If you're still finding different parts of what you call me,

The human person,

The human being,

A bit with islands of tension,

You can invite that specific part,

Like left over tensions,

That they can synchronize with the infinite you.

The infinite you is not the regular you we called me,

I.

The infinite you has no name.

It's a source itself,

So no confusion there.

Okay,

Next step is the first step we started.

Remember that we started by awareness,

Acknowledging it's infinity,

But around this there was a lot of tension.

So,

Now we go back to just being.

We don't look,

We don't harmonize,

We don't move,

We don't do anything.

We just let what we call the mind be completely still,

Dropping completely any mental movement in the area of the front of the brain,

The third eye,

And that's it.

No infinity,

No me,

No nothing.

Just do that and you see how bliss becomes you.

Okay,

So obviously if you can stay in this state,

Yogis,

They stay for hundreds of years and just being.

The body is gone,

But their consciousness stays,

No worries.

So,

Earlier or later we have to get up from the cushion of meditation or wherever we are and move into our day.

So,

How can we move into the day and keep the essence of this exact experience on the go when the nervous system must be active?

So,

There are a few tools that we must observe for that if we want to maintain this state on the go.

One is to be really firm that I am all there is and I'm a lighted being,

Of course,

Because I'm everything.

To be really firm with that identity.

Second is to be aware how the mind pulls you from that and as much as possible to remind yourself the truth of who you are.

And this is habit.

It's like brushing the teeth with the right but now changing to the left.

It's a habit.

Enlightened being is a habit.

It's not only Buddha and Jesus,

It's a habit.

But for that you must know that you are that and then train your mind to stay in that.

So,

The way we train the mind is first of all re-establishing really strong in who we are and then we have to pay attention constantly to the mind pulling us away from that.

It's very important for that to introduce gratitude,

Like this we are present in the heart,

To try to do as many things different as usual,

Like this we train the mind to and to stop being on automatic mode.

Much love to everybody.

Let's have a beautiful day and let's remember who we are.

It's possible.

Enlightenment now is possible.

Go for it.

Bye-bye.
