
Dissolving Anxiety Into Infinite Awareness

Waking up with a heavy chest or a racing mind is not a flaw in your character; it is simply a high-voltage energetic frequency that has lost its way. This session, Dissolving Morning Anxiety, treats nervousness not as an enemy to be fought, but as a vibration to be harmonized. Instead of bracing against the day, you are invited to "unlock" the physical gates of your body—the jaw, the forehead, and the solar plexus—allowing that trapped energy to flow downward and ground itself in the Earth.

Okay,
So before we go deeper into the,
Let's say,
The subject that I want to guide,
Let's pay attention to the mystery of silence and sound.
Let's pay attention to the silence as a presence,
As living presence.
Not as void,
But a living presence,
Meaning it's a very thick,
Vibrant field.
And as you're hearing the words,
As you're hearing the words,
Pay attention to how this field is being received.
Those vibrations we call words,
As if they are penetrating through this thick presence,
And then again everything covers it back when there is silence.
That their presence is obviously not only outside,
It's inside,
In fact it's everything.
Let's take a bit more time to be with the living presence everywhere,
All around,
Including inside.
A field that is so alive,
So vital,
So thick.
So I want to guide this meditation to calming anxiety,
Hoping that none of us is anxious right now.
But life is tough and anxiety is definitely part of being a human being.
But we don't have to be panicky or super anxious to practice that meditation.
If you check within you,
You might find that your nervous system is not completely relaxed.
This is the kind of pre-anxiety state that most humanity are vibrating with or has all the time.
Again,
This is not a judgment,
But it's just like this,
It's part of being a human being.
He's living in a sense of separation from souls.
So let's work with stages or steps.
And let's say first start to harmonize our our being or our nervous system with breath or breathing awareness combined with energy awareness.
So let's just invite the breath to move deeper into our lower abdomen when we inhale.
With no necessarily big force,
Just inhale consciously into your lower abdomen pelvic floor.
And when you exhale,
Let's guide the life force,
The breath,
Down the legs,
Down the feet,
Into the center of the earth.
Breathing tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny,
More pronounced than normal.
But what's most important is creating space and inviting the life force to enter,
Travel all the way through your body to the earth.
Try to visualize that the source of that energy that travels through your body is coming from infinity.
Yeah,
Above your head like a waterfall of golden light that flows down.
And making its way through your body down into the earth.
If you feel more disturbed or anxious,
You can emphasize that part a bit more,
Meaning breathing a bit deeper and make the visual,
The image very clear.
Now let's let go of the controlled breathing and let's only focus on the energy.
Invite the life force coming from infinity to flow with its golden light down the back of your body.
Entering the head and cleansing and illuminating the back of your head,
Your neck,
Upper back,
Middle back,
Lower back,
Down your thighs,
All the way down to the center of the earth.
And try to kind of zoom out a bit,
So you can see this trajectory from heaven,
Human earth,
As a continuous flow.
You don't need to guide it each part as if you're observing a traffic on a freeway from a distance.
Try to notice if the flow is equal on both sides of your body.
And just be aware,
Even if you're noticing a difference,
And the awareness of the differences will bring or will harmonize it better.
Another point that is important and is very effective is to acknowledge that flow you're experiencing in the back of your body has depth to it.
So it flows deep inside the body towards the front.
It flows on the surface of the body.
It flows close to the back and it flows way out of the back.
So in a way it's infinite flow manifesting in this way.
Wonderful.
Now we do the front.
So we're using the same source,
The same golden light,
But we're focusing more on its flow on the front of our body.
Making sure it's flowing deep,
Deep,
Deep inside the front of our body,
Meaning from the center.
And then making sure it's also flowing in the surface and then out to infinity.
So we have two dimensions.
One is heaven,
Heavenly flow through the body down to earth,
And the other one is deep inside,
Out to the front,
To the back,
To the sides,
To infinity.
When we're anxious or when we are nervous or when our nervous system is agitated,
Those flows meridian flow or energy flow is completely distorted,
Completely.
If you try to deal with your anxiety only by thinking,
This can help but not as much as harmonizing the energy.
Because the same mind that creates the problem is now trying to pacify the problem.
It's more powerful to take the same mind and use it to harmonize the imbalance.
Okay,
Now we're doing the same on both sides,
Left and right.
Visualizing or acknowledging it's actually happening,
We just need to acknowledge.
The life force flowing from heaven and golden light flowing down the sides from the head,
The ribcage,
The pelvis,
The thighs,
The lower legs,
The feet and earthing,
Rooting deep into the earth.
Okay,
So now let's widen the awareness and try to acknowledge that flow all over the body.
The life force coming from heaven and nourishing with so much love,
So much softness,
So much openness.
For that you need to hold the attitude of receiving,
Of opening,
Of inviting.
Yeah,
You become feminine attitude to a masculine energy that comes to give you life.
So now when the energy is starting to harmonize,
Flowing much better,
It's a good time to pay attention to the chakras,
Because they as well are being disturbed by the mind.
The most powerful to start with is the heart center,
Because that's normally where the emotions are manifesting,
First of all.
Bring your awareness to the center of your heart or the chest,
Better saying,
And allow the life force manifesting in that center,
Which we call the heart center,
To expand,
To beam like the most gorgeous powerful sun to the whole creation.
Make sure that this beaming or sun expansion is including the back and the sides,
Not only the front.
And together with that expansion of light,
We invite expansion of love,
Of softness,
And then naturally comes gratitude.
And the mind feels much more comfortable to be engaged with the heart center.
Let's shift down to the solar plexus,
Which is another very vital or volatile center responding very much to emotions,
And let's invite that energy center as well to expand.
And when we say expand,
It is with no boundaries.
It's important to acknowledge that the natural tendency of any part of your being is already to expand to infinity.
So it's not so much that we need to do,
It's more than we need to allow.
It's like a spring that is compressed,
And when you let go,
It expands.
It's the same.
Great.
Now let's go into the second chakra below the navel,
And again let it expand.
Expand to infinity.
Wonderful.
The next step is acknowledging who is observing,
Who is doing all that.
So you can see that in order to say I am doing it,
You need to think.
But before you're thinking,
You know you are.
That knowing is the truth of who you are.
The I is really not necessary.
The I is a confusion.
That awareness that allows you to do everything is infinite.
It's infinity itself.
Pay attention from where are you aware.
And you'll see that you are aware from your third eye area.
So instead of directing this awareness only to the person,
To the ego,
You idea,
Allow that awareness to come home.
Allow it to be infinite,
Completely infinite.
That's its natural state.
When it's not identifying as a person,
It's immediately infinite,
Because that's its nature.
What we're doing here on planet earth is learning exactly that.
To acknowledge our infinity while we are acting in a human form.
To be both in the same time.
There's no contradiction there.
It's actually the best position to be in.
Possible for a human.
Because it means that all our human actions are done in direct connection with source,
With no separation.
This brings a state of deep love,
Deep well-being,
Emotional,
Physical,
Psychological.
A deep sense that nothing is missing.
A deep sense of connection to all life in any shape and form.
In order to do it,
Or in order to be that,
We need to not to do,
We need to allow.
Allow our mind to become infinite.
We started this meditation with awareness of a sound crossing silence.
We paid attention how the vibration of sound coming from my voice,
By moving through this thick vibrational field.
And then when the voice stops,
Immediately again there is no disturbance in the field.
This field is you.
It's not external to you in any way.
It's you.
It's the infinite you.
It's pure consciousness.
Let's acknowledge this field and feel how alive,
Vibrant,
Vital it is.
And invite your personal person,
Personal ego to completely harmonize with this infinite field which you are.
Beautiful.
Let's join forces by acknowledging the presence of us,
Sisters and brothers,
On the spiritual community.
Visualizing that we are together right now.
And offering the highest vibration to each other.
So those of us who are now in a difficult situation,
Be able to receive that light and harmonize easier with the power we're sharing.

Now when we're stopping the meditation and we start to move in our life,
Of course it's not the same as sitting motionless.
So a few points that help us maintain that quality as we move through life.
Number one is paying attention to our mind and trying the best we can not to let it spiral into thoughts that producing discomfort.
Number two,
Trying to introduce as much gratitude to whatever you do.
And like this we keep the mind also humble and the heart chakra alive.
Number three,
Developing as much as possible awareness to what you're doing.
And like this again,
The mind will be checked and will not fly to places that are not healthy.
And then together with that,
Enjoy life.
Dance,
Sing,
Go to nature,
Meet with people,
Eat well.
Enjoy the fact that you are living here and celebrate that.
