You must know your mind,

Instead of being its slave,
Let it be your puppy.
Let's dedicate a few minutes to explain how to do exactly that.
You can think about your mind like a computer.
It has its own way of being based on your upbringing.
What happened to you in childhood and maybe even previous life programmed your mind to behave in a certain way.
It's essential to understand that you are not the mind,
You're observing how your mind operates.
What is needed is to recognize the way your mind functions.
What are its tendencies?
When it gets triggered.
To know exactly those points of trigger that triggers you into reaction that you don't like and maybe you'll be sorry about this reaction later.
Reacting negative to yourself and reacting negatively to others.
For example,
If your mind has a low self-esteem tendency,
So always it will look to make sure so this low self-esteem that comes from painful experiences in your childhood is activated now in different circumstances.
When your mind interacts with a reality that it's painful,
That triggers that pain of I'm not good enough,
Your mind immediately will do everything it can to make sure that you don't feel the pain.
Meaning if somebody told you,
Well you didn't know that,
Your mind will respond to this in a negative way.
It will start to say oh but maybe you don't know or it start to say yes but it start to say many things but really you're already gonna feel the pain.
The pain that you felt in childhood.
Maybe your parents told you you don't know or maybe somebody in school told you or the teacher.
This pain is very old and this pain is living inside you and actually this pain shapes the way you are.
But this pain is not you and this is the most important point because this pain guides your life.
It guides what you do,
It guides how you reacting to people,
It guides how you interacting with yourself.
If this pain is based on I'm not good enough,
So always you make sure that you are good enough.
Always.
And because this pain is based on the need for love because when let's say my father told me oh you didn't do good or well at school so I feel that he didn't love me.
So in this moment I'm looking for love and I already changed to try and this moment since I'm looking for love I'm trying my best to receive the love and my mind made a connection between not being good enough and not receiving love.
So all my life are dedicated to make sure I'm good enough and to make sure that I'm preventing any thought that will go under that that I'm not good enough because then I feel again the pain that I felt when I was a child.
So this is how the mind operates.
This is not you because you are the one who sees this operation but it's not you.
You are actually infinite being.
So when you realize that first it's a big breakthrough because you realize that you can watch your mind operates and you don't need to always succumb to that tendencies,
To that way of being.
You're actually free observing your mind doing its things.
So next time your mind generates I'm not good enough and you feel the pain,
Take space.
Take space from that and observe it and decide I'm not going into this havoc of I'm not good enough the emotion and trying to make sure that I'm putting that pain outside.
Allow yourself to feel the pain and knows that it's just like a virus in the system.
As you become more aware of those tendencies and that mechanism and you really see it for what it is,
You feel more free.
You feel that you have much more space and you don't need to put so much energy into making sure you don't feeling the pain.
On the other hand you have to develop your connection with the truth of who you are.
You're not somebody or something.
You are actually everything.
So don't look for identity that says I am the best in this or I am good or even I'm a man or I'm a woman.
It's all true but you don't need to identify with it.
What you need to identify with is the pure infinite being which you are.
This doesn't take any effort really because you are that already without any effort.
You just need to relax into it,
Soften into it because this is your true nature.
And this is space.
As much as you're recognizing the space of your mind,
The infinity of your being,
You have a lot of space to recognize when the mind brings up this old pain and psychological tendencies that mess life up and they are not you at all.
