According to Chinese medicine, our well-being depends on how energy flows through specific pathways in the body. These channels, or meridians, move energy in four primary directions—upward, downward, inward, and outward. When any of these flows are blocked or imbalanced, we may feel fatigue, emotional discomfort, or disconnection from our natural state. In this session, we’ll explore how to recognize these patterns within ourselves and how they influence both physical and emotional health. We’ll learn how to support these energetic movements in a simple, accessible way—so the body can return to a natural rhythm, and we can reconnect with the harmony of life. When these four directions of flow are in sync, the body and mind begin to feel aligned, clear, and centered.
