Hello beautiful souls and welcome to the Activating the Spiral of Light meditation. In this transmission you will be travelling to a time of unity, Love and peace, A time called Lemuria. But Lemuria was much more than just a place, It was a state of being. A frequency that was held within the highest divine blueprint of humanity, A time before the fall, Before the fracture, When humanity lived as a divine light in harmony with Gaia. In this meditation we will be anchoring into this ancient frequency and calling forth the spiral of Sophia, The true goddess of light. As we bring in this higher light frequency to the body we begin to activate our highest potential, Not through spiritual bypassing but through deep embodiment. Your body is the greatest vessel to anchoring the divine, When you truly learn to live in alignment with your body's natural cycle and wisdom, You begin to live in alignment with the spiral of the divine. So as we begin make sure you are in a quiet, Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed, Where your body can settle and your mind can clear. Begin by gently closing your eyes and just let your breath become slow, Soft and effortless. With every inhale invite a sense of peace and belonging into your body and with every exhale release any tension, Any worries, Any weight you do not need to carry here. Let your breath be your anchor and guide, Allow your awareness to gently descend into the body, Noticing the gentle rhythm of your breath, The steady beat of your heart, Feel the weight of your body being held, Safe and supported by the earth beneath you. Now invite a shimmering, Grounding chord to gently extend from the base of your spine, Weaving down through layers of soil and stone all the way to the crystalline heart of Gaia. Sense the cool, Luminous current of Gaia's light rising up through this chord, Imagine this warm light nourishing your entire body, Your feet, Your belly, Your heart, Let every cell begin to hum with this living crystalline light and now bring your awareness to your heart, Feel or imagine a gentle golden glowing light within the centre of your heart, A spark of your soul's original flame. With every breath this light grows warmer, Steadier, Brighter, Filling you with a sense of homecoming. Imagine now the space before you, A spiral of light begins to form, At first it's a single strand, Soft and radiant, But then it grows, Turning and expanding until it becomes a luminous living doorway and as you step gently towards this spiral, As you move, It welcomes you, Every loop, Every shimmer, Inviting you to remember who you truly are. When you're ready, Step through the spiral and allow it to carry you, You emerge into a memory so real, So vivid, It feels like coming home. You stand upon the warm golden sand of Lemuria, Crystalline waters stretch before you, Waves sparkling with light, Singing the song of unity, The air carries the scent of wildflowers and salt, Fresh and alive. Let your body feel this place, The sand, Warm and soft under your bare feet. The gentle song, Golden and nurturing as it touches your skin. The breeze, Cool and fragrant, Weaving through your hair. You slowly feel a pull to turn around and as you do so, Behind you is a temple of light, Crystalline and still, Glowing with inner radiance. Its pillars rise like living memory, Its walls alive with symbols of the spiral, The goddess and the stars. You begin to walk towards the temple and as you do so, The frequency grows stronger, A current of pure love, Acceptance and surrender moves through you. You remember this place not with your mind but with your heart and soul. It is here that you once anchored your soul's light, And it is here you are always welcome, Always home. You step up the path to the temple and with every step you feel your body soften and open, Each cell remembering its original perfection. And a spiral of Sophia begins to gently awaken within you now, A soft spiral of light that begins in your solar plexus or womb, A subtle expansion in your heart, A tingling along your spine. Let yourself be open to receiving this activation, No force, Only trust, Only presence. Within the temple, You are greeted by a shimmering pool of light, Above it the spiral of Sophia descends, Gentle, Iridescent, Alive. You step into the pool, Allowing this spiral to move through you, Washing away old stories, Activating the codes of unity, Harmony and divine embodiment. Feel this spiral weaving through every layer, Body, Mind, Soul, Awakening the memory that your body is the living vessel of light, The temple of the divine, The spiral made flesh. Stay here as long as you need, Soaking in the remembrance, The healing, The blessing. As you stand within the temple of light, A gentle presence surrounds you, Soft as silk, Ancient as the stars. Before you at the centre of the temple, A spiral of purest light begins to descend, It's not just golden or white, It's iridescent, Shimmering with all the colours of dawn, Moon and sea. This is the living Sophia spiral, The cosmic memory of the divine feminine, The original blueprint of harmony, Unity and embodied divinity. And now bring your attention to the centre of your heart, And with every breath feel a gentle spiralling motion begin, Like a soft wind circling inwards and outwards at once, This is your soul answering the spiral's call. With your next inhale, Imagine the spiral of Sophia entering your field, Through your crown, Your heart or your womb, Wherever feels most alive. And with each deepening of your breath, The spiral waves into your cells, Your bones, Your DNA. And as the spiral moves through you, You might feel it as a tingling, A warmth, A gentle pressure, A humming in your heart or belly, You might feel like a slow wave or a dance of light within your spine. And as it deepens into your body, It awakens the codes in your field. This may come through as colours, Shapes, Symbols, Or simply a knowing, A memory resurfacing from deep within. And with each turn of this spiral, More light is revealed. Old heaviness dissolves, Replaced by a new frequency, The light of original innocence, The light of belonging, The light of your own sacred power. If your mind wanders, Just return to the feeling of the spiral moving in you, Soft, Patient, Intelligent. You do not have to control it or direct it, Trust that your body and soul knows how to receive, Let the spiral sing through your field, A melody that is both ancient and new. And bring awareness to any parts of your body calling for more light, Maybe your heart, Your throat, Your hands. Invite the Sophia spiral to gently touch these places, Feel the codes of healing, Creativity, Clarity and trust activating within. And as the activation completes, Sense the spiral continuing to hum gently with you, An eternal current always available. And we now state this intention, I am the living spiral of Sophia, Her codes awaken in my body and soul, I am light, I am whole, I am whole. Rest in this field as long as you need, And whenever you're ready to return, Thank the spiral, The temple, The land, And Gaia herself for this homecoming. Feel the spiral gently settle into your field, Your heart, Your bones. And let your awareness return to your body, Your breath, Your present space. Still carrying the spiral within, Softer, Stronger, And more alive than ever. And affirm softly, I am the living vessel of light, My body is sacred, My spiral is awake, My path is blessed, I carry Lemuria within me, Now and always.
