Inviting you to take this pause by sitting and coming into contact with your breath.

The key is the expansion of the belly on the in-breath and remembering the exhalation is long and releasing.

Stopping here as the shoulders drop and taking a moment to offer yourself some caring.

You might find it helpful to place a hand on the heart as you do this.
