We're going to tap on when we're feeling heavy hearted.
So when I talk about being heavy hearted,
This is very similar to a sense of melancholy and sadness.
We're feeling that quietness of sadness.
It's just there.
We're just feeling like things are a little bit.

Too much,
A little bit too overwhelming.
So go ahead and take a nice big deep breath in.
Letting that go,
Closing your eyes.
I'm gonna go and locate in our bodies and we may feel heavy hearted.
And zero being no disturbance,
10 being the highest.
Go ahead and rate that at this moment in time.
Open your eyes and we'll begin to tap.
Even though I am heavy hearted.
I deeply and completely Love and accept myself.
Even though I am heavy hearted,

And accept myself.
Life has sort of just got me down.
Right now.
There have been too many things to worry about.
And process.
I feel tired.
And overwhelmed.
I feel bruised by day to day life.
What's happening for me personally?
Feels like too much.
But there is also so much sadness.
In the world.
And so much sadness.
With the people I love.
And that has got me feeling heavy hearted.
I feel powerless at times.
To make myself.
And others.
Feel better.
The state of the world feels overwhelming.
I want to feel peace.
And I want other people to feel peace.
It feels like there's been a lot of bad news lately.
And I feel that in a sense of being heavy hearted.
Difficult at times.
To pay attention.
To what is going right.
Even though I know some things are going well.
I feel the pain and sadness.
Within myself and others.
And I also know that carrying.

The burden of the world.
Does not help me.
Or anyone else.
I acknowledge and honor.
What we're all going through.
Without needing to fix it for everyone else.
I am in control of myself.
I open to gratitude.
So that I can feel lighthearted.
And I'm aware.
That it is possible to be heavy hearted.
And lighthearted.
I can handle this.
I'm going to be okay.
I breathe into my body.
And feel the expansion.
Of lightheartedness.
Take a nice big deep breath in.
And letting that go,
Closing your eyes,
Tuning back into that sense you came in with of heavy heartedness.
Seeing if it's moved or changed in any way.
Go ahead and rate it,

Ten being the highest.
How it feels now.
Versus when you started.
You can open your eyes.
