Give yourself permission to focus,

Focus behind the eyelids.
Stretch the mind screen like a cinema screen.
And take yourself onto a beautiful landscape,
Rocks,
Trees or mountains.
Take a moment to become aware of the environment around you.

Place your focus onto your feet.
Notice how grounded you feel upon the earth.
Bring your attention to your strength of character,
Your skills and your talents.
Bring into the forefront of your mind maybe how you have or are feeling about yourself.
Take a review.
Have you diminished your sense of self?
Are you self-critical,
Judgemental?
Do you diminish your spirit?
This is your time to release those thoughts and feelings.
And to rise to another level of self-acknowledgement and ownership with pride,
Honour and respect.

Give your mind permission to release the thoughts that do not serve you.
Allow your body to release the feelings that do not serve you.
Allow your senses to ignite as you feel the body releasing this unwanted energy from the mind,
Through the body,
Into the feet.
And just imagine that energy leaving the feet as grey matter and going into the earth.
Mother earth who clears and cleanses away everything.
You are indeed taking a detox in mind,
Body and spirit.
