So find the comfortable seat of your choice or that lying down position and close down the eyes.

As I said this is a breathwork meditation,

One to help fuel you and power you through this day.

Begin by noticing any areas within the body,

Anything that could be a distraction right now.

Could also be any form of sounds around you,

Just honour whatever distractions are external.

And then allow for yourself to centre inward.

Firstly becoming aware of the breath in and out of the nose.

Aware of the more cooling breath as it travels in and the warmer breath as it leaves.

The amazing properties that we are breathing in and out right now.

Notice if one is more prominent than the other or even if one nostril is more prominent than the other.

Oll off.

Pick a colour that represents energy to you and visualise breathing that colour into the body.

Using it travel down through the chest into the belly and back up and out through the nose.

Feel the swirl of energy and the journey your breath goes on.

I invite you now to breathe in slowly and deeply and let your out breath be even longer and more extended.

I'm not going to give you counts for this one,

Just simply feel and trust your own bodily instinct.

If counting works for you then you can add a count.

From the first breath is shorter,

The exhale is longer.

Once you feel in a rhythm I invite you to take a deep breath in the nose and let the exhale out of the mouth,

Maybe soft lips and.

.

.

So it's a small gap between the lips as you breathe out.

Notice if that has impacted your breathing in anyway.

Keep bringing your awareness back to this breath.

Feeling as the breath travels deeper into the body.

And begin to bring your awareness to the pause between the breath in and the exhale.

Breathing in and the breath out.

Seeing if you can hold it for a fraction longer before taking the breath in.

Feeling for that stillness,

That space before you breathe.

And notice the space between the breath in and the breath out.

Watching it like a full circle with the pauses between.

Breathing in and out.

Notice any other effects this has on your being.

You might start to feel a little light headed from breathing so deeply.

That's okay.

Enjoy the journey.

You are training your body to breathe more deeply and to take in more purifying oxygen.

For a moment,

Bring your awareness onto your hands.

And whether you are lying down or whether you are seated,

Bring the hands onto the lower ribs.

If you can bring the thumbs backwards,

If there's space,

Then do that too.

And reconnect to your breath.

Your arms are relaxed here,

The chest is open,

And feel for the breath travelling into your hands.

Same breathing.

Better breath in and longer breath out.

Feel for the full use of your diaphragm.

The front,

The back and the sides of the ribs all working.

And walk out onto the opposite side with the hands together.

And every time your mind gets distracted by a thought,

Rather than jumping on the railway train and rolling with it,

Come back to your breath.

Come back to being in this moment.

Rest the awareness again on the hands.

And let them travel down onto the centre of your belly.

As you continue to breathe through the ribs and let the belly rise.

Feel the hands rising with every breath in.

Notice what it feels like to completely let the belly go.

Creating space for all of your internal organs.

Giving them a massage as well as powerful breath into your body.

A This isiz.

This yeah.

Hurry.

Know that in this moment you are sending your body so much love,

So much healing.

Press the awareness on your hands once again and let them travel down to feel your hips.

Whether you're seated or whether you're lying down,

Fingers point towards the knees and your hands,

Your palms of your hands rest on your hip bones.

Feel the breath travel through the ribs,

The belly and down into the hips.

The breath may be longer and deeper both in and out now.

Feeling for the movement into the hands,

The hip space.

If you're not feeling it,

Take the breath even deeper.

Feel the breath travel through the ribs.

Get curious of how far your breath can travel all the way from your nose down to the pelvic floor.

Feel the breath travel through the ribs.

Keep breathing deeply within your body and get curious of anything else that you feel.

If there's tension or tightness or anywhere that feels stuck,

Send the breath into those areas.

Welcoming in this space,

Welcoming in healing,

Fresh energy to stimulate your cells.

Maybe there's an ailment,

A condition or injury within the body that needs healing.

Visualise your breath travelling into that area and the cells regenerating all through the power of your breath and your mind.

Home or 8Aut less than 10 feet.
