Kids lean on moms and it's important for moms to have something to lean on too.
Lie on your side,
Close your eyes gently,
Gaze inward,
Settle in and feel your body relax.
Take a few breaths,
Release any tension or tightness in your body,
Release.
Just focus on your breath as if you're watching it.
Notice the sensations of the breath as you breathe in,
Notice the sensations of the breath as you exhale.
Allow yourself to feel relaxed.
Your thoughts may wander and that's okay.
Do not judge yourself for thinking,
Just gently bring your intention back to your breath.
Let go of doing,
Just be.
Be with your breath,
Watch as it flows to bring health and life.
You are connected in your breath.
