Find a comfortable lying or seated position.
Begin to breathe in deeply through your nose,
Filling your belly and then your chest.
Feel through the mouth.
Ensure there's no pause between the inhalation and exhalation.
Keep your breath as one slow constant flow,
Breathing in and out.
With each exhalation,
You feel yourself relaxing a little bit more.
You feel yourself going further and deeper into a relaxed and imaginative state.
Breathing out,
Stress and worries leave your body,
Feeling lighter,
More relaxed and perfectly safe.
Maintain this deep breath for the next couple of moments.
Become aware of your body relaxing and your consciousness expanding as you breathe.
Focus on your breath.
Focus on the flow of air going in and out.
Now allow your breathing to become more deeper and more rhythmic.
Feeling your body relax more and more.
Each breath out releases any tension,
Any stress,
Any stagnant energy.
Now rest your awareness at the base of your spine,
Your muladhara,
Your root chakra.
Visualize that you are breathing in and out through your root chakra,
Which is nestled at the base of the spine.
As you breathe in,
See the breath traveling from your nose all the way down to the base of your spine.
As you exhale,
See the breath travel from the base of your spine up your spinal column and out through your mouth.
Each exhalation growing deeper and heavier.
Each inhalation.
Visualize or sense this breath as energy which is enabling muladhara to open wider and grow stronger.
Visualize your root chakra as a fiery red ball that grows brighter and stronger with each inhalation.
With each exhalation,
See muladhara burning away any energetic blocks,
Clearing all trapped or stored energy that is no longer serving your higher good.
Once you sense that muladhara is fully open,
Allow your consciousness to focus fully on muladhara's energy.
Sense yourself become one with your root chakra.
Now visualize muladhara's energy traveling down from the base of the spine,
Down your legs,
Front and back,
Through your knees,
Kneecaps,
Calves and shins and exit in the soles of your feet.
See this beautiful red energy exit in your feet and traveling deep down into Mother Earth.
As your base chakra's energy travels further down,
Feel yourself also traveling with the energy into the earth,
Growing roots deeper and deeper.
As you travel deeper into the earth,
Pay attention to how you feel physically and emotionally.
What do your roots look like and how big are the roots?
Allow yourself to be aware of and open to all that you experience.
Feeling this grounding sensation of working with the root chakra,
We open our energetic connection with the earth,
Connect with energies that bring strength,
Stability and safety.
Maintain this state for a couple more minutes or until you sense it is complete.
Take time to relax in the energies of muladhara,
The energies of stability and strength and allow this clear and balanced energy to nurture you,
To nourish you.
When you're ready to return to the present,
Say to yourself,
Each time I enter the presence of this relaxed state,
I'm learning to use my mind more creatively.
I'm becoming more aware of any energetic blocks within my base energy and I release them openly and willingly so that I may heal myself.
Slowly see yourself and muladhara's energies traveling back up into the base chakra.
Move your focus from muladhara,
Moving out of the red ball of energy and see yourself as you are.
Counting down from five to one to return back into this physical space,
Into your physical body,

Take a deep inhale in through your nose.
Begin to slide out of the mouth.
Take a couple more cleansing and nourishing breaths.
Releasing any leftover stagnant energies.
Release.
Feel free to remain here as long as you need and like.
Bathing in the sound,
The vibrations.
Once you complete your meditation,
Make sure to drink lots of water.
Maybe you feel like going outside to ground yourself even deeper in nature.
I hope you've enjoyed this sound grounding meditation.
And I'll see you for the next one.
Thank you for letting me guide you through this practice.
Again,
Feel free to stay until the end of the sound bath.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Take a deep inhale in through your nose.
