These guided affirmations are designed to help release feelings of anxiety and to stop the worrisome thought spiral. Repeat these positive affirmations so you can be grounded in the present moment. Let go of worries and embrace a calm, centered state as you come back to yourself.

These guided affirmations are designed to help you release anxiety,

Calm anxious thoughts,

And to help you feel good.

You can repeat these affirmations over and over whenever you're feeling anxious or stressed to help stop the anxiety spiral and allow you to come back to the present moment.

Let's start by closing your eyes and taking a few slow,

Deep breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Bringing your attention back to your body and back to the present.

Deep breath in and slowly drag the exhale out.

Now repeat the following words of affirmations out loud or silently to yourself.

I am here.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am fully trusting the process of life.

I am rooted in unwavering peace.

I am letting go of everything I can't control.

I am focusing my energy on the present moment.

Everything is unfolding the way it's meant to.

Everything is going to be alright.

I trust that everything is aligning in my favor.

I have everything I need.

I know that I am never alone.

I know that the universe has my back.

I know that what's meant to be will be.

I always imagine the best possible outcome.

I am calm.

I am hopeful.

I find peace in knowing that everything is temporary.

I let go easily.

I am strong.

I am smart.

I am capable.

I am focusing on the here and now.

I have much more than I need.

I am the author of my story.

I get to choose how I feel.

I choose peace.

I choose happiness and love.

I am comfortable with the unknown.

I choose to focus on positive and uplifting thoughts.

I know that I am enough.

I am perfect,

Whole,

And complete exactly as I am.

All of my needs are met.

I am activating my potential.

I am creating the life I want to live.

I focus on the best possible outcome.

I am confident in my decisions.

I trust my intuition.

I transcend fear.

I release anxiety.

I let go of the need to control.

I am filled with infinite potential.

I remember who I am.

I know that life is for me.

And the whole universe is within me.

And so it is.

I struggle with anxiety as a result of poor sleep so waking up to this meditation was very helpful! And something that I need to remember throughout the day when blood sugar arises from lack of sleep and other things come my way. I cannot tell you how much these affirmations resonated with me . What a beautiful practice and I will return often. Many blessings.
