You can repeat these affirmations over and over whenever you're feeling anxious or stressed to help stop the anxiety spiral and allow you to come back to the present moment.
Let's start by closing your eyes and taking a few slow,
Deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Bringing your attention back to your body and back to the present.
Deep breath in and slowly drag the exhale out.
