When I am using the word appreciation,

I am using the vibration of pure love.

True love and appreciation are identical vibration.

It is the vibration of being in enlightenment with who I am.

And as I focus myself into love and appreciation,

More things to love and to appreciate will flow into my life with ease and abundance.

It is love.

Sit in a quiet room,

Wear comfortable clothes and close your eyes.

Place both of your hands on your heart and relax your whole body now.

Take a deep breath,

What people in your family you appreciate.

Visualize them and imagine you are giving them a big hug.

Why you appreciate them.

What did they teach you?

Who are your friends that you are appreciating?

How is life?

Why do you appreciate them?

What did they teach you?

What people in your work life you appreciate?

Visualize them and imagine you are giving them a big hug.

What did they teach you?

What material possession you have that you appreciate?

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

Why you appreciate it?

What is it about your health that you appreciate?

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

What abilities you have that you appreciate?

What is it about your health that you appreciate?

Now just continue to focus on your breathing for a few moments.

Vibrations, for some reason I don't know made me feel energized and wake out of bed. The fact there are questions to be asked was very intensive and put my brain and energy to work. I found it a bit funny the fact that the guidance sounds a bit military style. It made me want to put my stuff together. I recommend it.
