When I am using the word appreciation,

I am using the vibration of pure love.

True love and appreciation are identical vibration.

It is the vibration of being in enlightenment with who I am.

And as I focus myself into love and appreciation,

More things to love and to appreciate will flow into my life with ease and abundance.

It is love.

Sit in a quiet room,

Wear comfortable clothes and close your eyes.

Place both of your hands on your heart and relax your whole body now.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing from your nose.

What people in your family you appreciate,

Visualize them and imagine you are giving them a big hug.

Why you appreciate them?

What did they teach you?

What people in your work life you appreciate,

Visualize them and imagine you are giving them a big hug.

What material possession you have that you appreciate,

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

Why you appreciate it?

What is it about your health that you appreciate?

What abilities you have that you appreciate?

It was a good exercise to think about the people and things that I appreciate. Thank you for the exercise. As a recommendation I would say to give more time to the breathing, as I found my self breathing too fast in order to keep up with the guided meditation Thank you

Wow... this allowed me to gain introspect on the way I engage with my husband. In this meditation I quickly learned to show and express a deeper level of gratitude towards him! (I think I’ve unconsciously slipped into a place of entitlement... and it made me lose sight of what matters ol most.)🥺❤️

Rating with stars is such a strange system but I suppose it relies on a trusted collective mindset to yield validity... HOWEVER I get something so different from each guided meditation each time I listen depending on the day and what I'm working through. Today I felt this was a powerful delivery yet I do struggle with visualizing. I'd like to hear meditations that guide the mind to get stronger in detailing visualization.
