This is a journey through the forrest where children will meet a number of different animals. It's about becoming one with the sound of the animal. While listening, children are encouraged to fall asleep. This meditation also features binaural beats.

Despite what most reviews say about this piece, my kid finds it soothing. The animal sounds help her slow down and stay still. By the time the music start she is relaxed and almost asleep. Thank you for this.
