When I am using the word appreciation,

I am using the vibration of pure love.

True love and appreciation are identical vibration.

It is the vibration of being in enlightenment with who I am.

And as I focus myself into love and appreciation,

More things to love and to appreciate will flow into my life with ease and abundance.

It is law.

Sit in a quiet room,

Wear comfortable clothes and close your eyes.

Place both of your hands on your heart and relax your whole body now.

Take a deep breath,

Breathing from your nose.

What people in your family you appreciate,

Visualize them and imagine you are giving them a big hug.

Why you appreciate them?

What did they teach you?

What people in your work life you appreciate?

What material possession you have that you appreciate?

What you have that you don't have?

What you have that you don't have?

What you have that you don't have?

What material possession you have that you appreciate?

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

Why you appreciate it?

What is it about your health that you appreciate?

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

What abilities you have that you appreciate?

Visualize it and put it in your heart.

Now just continue to focus on your breathing for a few moments.

I love the specific cues. I need more time in between the cues to allow for a deepened visual to form. It moved from one area to the next too quickly. Same with the breathing at the end - too fast. I felt a bit like I was in a race. These are just suggestions for improvement. Overall I loved this and will return to it regularly. 🙏
