Who I Am

Who I Am is a Meditation that connects you to the earth and the source of all creation. Making that connection here at this time is essential to discovering who you are and what you are doing here at this time.

Transcript

It is safe to say that none of us really know the extent of who we truly are.

Each one of us have a unique idea of who we might be.

It is entirely up to every individual to discover who they truly are.

My own journey to discovering the meaning of me and how I perceive myself is what I share.

It is up to the individual to get out of that an idea and the beginning to a journey that must be taken by all of us at some stage in this life or the next.

Many who hear this will know the truth within it and want to discover more.

Some will dismiss and that's okay as they are simply not ready to take this important jump into a much larger picture of who we are and why we are here.

Please sit comfortably and lie down and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and allow that breath to be exhaled out naturally.

Take another deep breath in and again release that breath out naturally and fully.

And once more take a deep breath in and hold it and just let it out right to the very end.

I want you now to focus on your feet for a moment and imagine roots growing out of the bottoms of your feet just like a tree's roots.

Let's call them invisible roots as you can only see them.

They are your unique roots that connect you to the earth.

When you need to connect to the earth all you need to do is use those invisible roots to go deep into the earth as far as they need to go.

Feel the energy coming from the earth as the roots travel down.

It gives life to everything and everything you know was created here.

Its energy is so powerful it is available to you always.

Now go to the earth's core with your invisible roots and feel the energy at the centre core.

It is the engine of the earth,

The heart of the earth and the love of the earth.

Now wrap your roots around the core and feel the love,

The energy coming from mother earth.

It travels up and fills you with pure energy.

It tingles throughout your body as it goes up the roots and into every cell of your being.

It is healing you with all this energy and all this love.

Now send everything you do not need to the earth's core through your roots.

Send all those negative feelings,

Those illnesses you feel deep inside and watch the core absorb them and recycle them into something new again.

Send everything down through the roots with every breath you exhale.

Remember the earth is always recycling,

Renewing so it stays in balance.

It always wants you to be in balance as you are part of the great mother earth.

Allow it to take away all you do not want or need and use it for something else.

See everything melt away and be transformed into something new and beautiful.

As you are sending down all that you do not need as you exhale,

The earth sends you back great healing and love as you breathe in.

Its healing goes through every vein,

Every organ,

Every thought and every cell to be healed and renewed into something new and more beneficial to you.

You are part of the great mother earth and it wants you to be healed and happy.

She will do anything for you just like a mother would do for her child.

She loves you unconditionally.

Now sit with that for a while and experience all what is happening now at this time.

Now that you are connected firmly to the core of the earth,

You have a great gift from mother earth in return.

You have a connection to something else.

It is an energy that is in all of us.

It is the spark that allows us to be here at this time.

That same spark that allows mother earth to provide a home for all of us.

While you are connected to its core,

I want you to focus on the very top of your head.

There is an opening there,

You cannot physically see it.

It is invisible just like the invisible roots wrapped around the core of the earth.

It is your connection to all creation.

You are the spark plug and you are ready to be plugged in to the very source from where you came from.

This source is the meaning for everything you know.

Everything you know right now came from this great source.

It is all around you and in everything you experience,

It is in the earth,

The air,

The fire and everything that makes creation possible.

It is in the plants,

The insects,

The fish,

The birds,

The animals and you.

You are all part of the great creation and experiencing life at this time.

Now see that opening at the top of your head and simply allow that energy,

That source of all living things to enter.

Picture that opening at the top of your head and see that source light,

That energy come in.

It looks like a bright light being poured into the top of your head and filling you up with pure white light and golden energy.

Watch it and feel it travel down to every cell of your body and renew you and heal you from within.

It wants to help you.

It wants to help the earth through you.

You have opened a channel to be healed and energized and have also opened up a channel for the earth to be healed and energized through your roots.

You have created the perfect conduit of energy to the past from source to the center of the earth.

You have allowed both the earth and the source to connect through you to one another.

When you are ready,

Allow the source down through your roots and allow it to reach the core of the earth.

The earth has given you great healing and love and now you have the opportunity to give it love and healing in return.

The earth is an energy being just like you and also needs your love.

Allow the source of all creation to reach the earth's core through you.

Allow it to wrap itself around the core through your roots and give it the love and healing it needs and also thank mother earth for helping you as you do this.

As you send the earth your loving energy,

See it sending it back to you in an equal exchange of love and care.

You are now exchanging your energies equally and are both in balance at this time.

Send that healing to every part of the earth as it sends its healing in tune every part of you.

Just like the tree gives life and clean air to you,

You in turn give life to it so life can exist at this time.

You are a spark of creation just like everything else and your experience here is to give as you receive.

This is done when you allow the source to love through you.

The core of the earth is the heart of the earth and you have connected yourself with it through your own heart that comes from the source of all creation.

We are all beings of light that exist in the heart and the heart is your true identity.

I want you to just observe this for a while and see the exchange going on.

See all the exchanges that you have made in life and understand the importance of every exchange you have ever experienced.

Remember all the joyful exchanges you have had and remember all the exchanges that made you feel less joyful.

It is our exchanges that determine our life at this time and it is the equal exchanges that will change our lives for the better.

Honor every spark of life as it finds its own way of understanding in its life purpose including yourself.

Keep that connection with the earth and the source to remind yourself who you are and where you came from.

Live a happy and fruitful life.
