When someone leaves this world,
It is a heart wrenching experience and very hard to come to terms with.
The pain of losing someone lessens a little after many years and for others it never goes away.
Their lives are filled with sadness as they are in constant mourning for their loved one.
This short recording is for those who have lost a loved one and especially those who are struggling endlessly with this loss.
I have titled it a message from a loved one.
I want you to just close your eyes and lie back.
Now just take a full deep breath like you would when taking a big sigh of relief.
The same breath you would take when you are releasing anxiety or any stress.
A big deep breath in and releasing that breath out like a puff of smoke leaving you and bringing all the stresses of the day with it.
Keep taking those breaths now and allow each one to release the stresses of everyday life.
See those exhale breaths like puffs of smoke leave you and disappear into the atmosphere.
That's right.
Allow it all to go out and leave you now.
Now do the same with the body.
Breathe in and breathe out all the stresses of the body starting from the feet and up your legs.
Any stresses you feel allow the exhale breath to exhale any stresses and watch those stresses leave you like a puff of smoke and disappear into nothingness.
Now follow the body up to the middle of the stomach and as you breathe notice the stomach move in and out.
It moves in as you breathe in and it moves out as you breathe out.
Notice any tension there and breathe it out like a puff of smoke and disappearing into nothingness.
Now move to the heart and into the heart centre.
This is your connection to who you are.
It has had many ups and downs in this life but it is the most powerful part of the entire body.
This is where you feel all the love inside of you.
Watch it pump in and out.
It sends out love to everyone constantly.
So let's do that now.
Send love to that person that has passed.
Send your loving intention as it beats in and watch it send that love out as it beats out.
Watch the energy leave it and reach that someone.
Love has no boundaries.
It can reach the furthest regions of the universe and beyond.
Now see it reach that loved one and see them receive it and look back at you.
See that smile,
That love and see that love being returned to you and reaching your heart.
Watch the heart receive this love and the message it has for you.
Here is the message.
I have moved on into another reality.
That reality is where we all come from to sit and rest and prepare for the next.
You are still here to experience more,
That is all and I have finished mine.
You can't see me where you are but I am with you always.
You will find me here in those loving thoughts you have of me and me of you.
Our hearts are connected forever and you will feel that again when we meet on the other side of this life.
We have travelled endless times and experienced endless lives together and so we will again.
Talk to me the way you did as I hear everything you say.
Picture what I would say from your heart and that will be my answer.
We are bound together with our love and that love is eternal and never gone.
The lessons of love can be difficult as we miss our loved ones but we are never gone.
It only seems that way here but we are so much more.
We are every thought floating on the wave of creation and we have caught the same wave for eternity.
We are two drops of life flowing together on endless journeys and so it will be again.
I have gone before you in preparation for our next adventure.
I will make a more beautiful journey for me and you.
I will fill it with more memories of love and we will experience all of them together once again.
Remember to love all around you as you wait for our reunion once again.
There are those who need your love at this time and this is why you are here now.
It is not your time yet to be with me as you need to experience more.
Your time will come as it did mine so use your time to love all your loved ones.
Tell them that love is eternal,
That they are eternal and that this is just an experience and an opportunity to express that love that all of us have.
Remember that I am always with you and rejoicing in everything you do.
Remember we are angels reminding ourselves about the complexities of compassion and that love is the answer to all of it.
Love heals all and is the answer to everything.
Experiencing this reminds us eternally and keeps everything balanced for now and for eternity.
Sending you my endless love today and each day for the rest of this life and every experience that we will experience for eternity.
Now take that message of love right into your heart and watch your entire being light up as you realise that you are more than what you are.
Your entire being is surrounded by a bright light emanating out.
That bright light is your essence,
The real you and you realise for the first time that you are eternal.
Watch your heart centre and see it sending out love in every direction and to everyone.
Feel the love you have inside and its endless supply.
You have always had this and now you have activated it once again.
The love you have for that special loved one has helped you find yourself once more and you know now that loved one is just like you but has simply moved on and waiting for you to finish what you came here to do.
