And as your body begins to settle,

And as you turn inward you might begin to imagine that you are standing in front of a cinema.
And as you enter this cinema you might notice that you're not alone.
There are other people here sitting quietly watching.
And I wonder what the crowd in the cinema would say when they are looking at the movie that is your life on the screen right now.
What advice do they want to give you?
Okay.
And as you are watching your own movie,
From a third point of view,
From a distance,
You might begin to see how you move through your days.
You notice what gives you energy?
What feels the line?
And perhaps what does not feel aligned.
And there is no judgment here.
Just observation.
And as the movie continues,
You might begin to notice patterns,
Things that feel like Natural,
Energizing.
And things that feel perhaps forced or draining.
Then you don't need to analyse it,
You can just notice what comes up.
You might want to pay more attention to what gives you energy.
And as you do this,
More clarity can begin to reveal itself.
Naturally along the way.
And now as the screen slowly begins to fade.
You can begin to bring your awareness back.
Become aware of your body.
The surface beneath you.
Perhaps you can notice three sounds that you can hear right now.
Two things that you can feel One thing that you can smell.
And when you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Bringing with you a sense of direction,
A little more clarity,
A quiet inner knowing.
That you are already moving in the right direction,
In the right way.
