Welcome back.
This EFT tapping audio and short visualization is for you if you're thinking about stepping out of your comfort zone,
But you could use a boost of courage.
So before we begin,
Let's take a moment to check in with yourself.
What do you feel?
Maybe you feel fear or simply overwhelm or any other feeling.
Just notice what comes up.
Just observe.
There's no need to judge it.
This is simply where you are right now,
And it's completely okay.
Okay,
Let's start with the karate chop point,
Side of the hand.
Even though I feel a little,
Just see what comes up.
I am open to accepting myself,
Just as I am.
I am open to the possibility that something could begin to shift today.
Top of the head.
Would it not be interesting if I could grow simply by doing?
Eyebrow.
And I wonder what it could feel like to acknowledge myself.
Eyebrow.
For showing up.
Side of the eye.
Maybe it does not need to be perfect.
Under the eye.
Perhaps I can allow myself to focus my attention on what could go right.
Under the nose.
To focus on that I have stepped out of my comfort zone before.
Chin.
And to focus on what that brought me.
Collarbone.
And maybe that means that I already know how to do this again.
Under the arm.
And I'm open.
I am open to feeling just a little more ready.
I take a deep breath in.
Breathe out.
And let's continue with the karate chop point again.
For the second round.
Even though I feel a little,
Just see what feeling comes up.
I am open to accepting myself,
Just as I am.
Eyebrow.
Top of the head.
What if a part of me already knows how to trust?
Eyebrow.
And maybe that part can begin to come forward.
Just a little more.
Side of the eye.
I don't have to force it.
It may happen gradually.
Under the eye.
I am open to allowing things to feel just a bit easier.
Under the nose.
Perhaps I can trust myself more than I realized.
Chin.
And maybe confidence is not something I create.
Collarbone.
But something I remember.
Under the arm.
And I can allow that feeling to grow.
Now take a deep breath in.
Breathe out.
And as you breathe out,
Relax your hands.
Perhaps you can feel how your shoulders relax a little bit more.
You might begin to imagine something.
Perhaps you can imagine holding a lemon in your hand.
Or maybe just the idea of a lemon is enough.
And if you are allergic to lemons,
Think of another fruit.
And as you might bring it closer,
You might notice the texture of the skin.
The subtle scent of the lemon as you lift it towards your nose.
And as you smell it,
Imagine taking a bite of this lemon.
You might notice that familiar sourness almost automatically.
Perhaps you feel saliva coming up.
Or perhaps not yet.
And that's okay too.
Because interesting,
Isn't it?
How the mind does not always know the difference between something that is imagined and something that is actually happening.
Now,
You can begin to imagine being in that place,
That moment,
Where you are about to step out of your comfort zone.
And as you imagine being there,
See the surroundings around you,
You might notice in your right hand a special pill.
And on that pill is written extreme confidence.
And you might become curious about this pill,
About what it can do for your body.
And perhaps your mind fills that in for you automatically.
That's right.
In a moment,
You may choose to take that pill.
And you don't need to force anything.
Because you might begin to notice how even the idea of it can already begin to influence how you feel.
And as your body remains deeply relaxed,
A quiet knowing can begin to emerge that somehow things can unfold in your favor.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
And when you're ready,
You can imagine taking that pill,
Swallowing the pill.
And as you do,
You might begin to notice something building up in your body.
A sense of confidence,
Perhaps subtle at first.
And now you can begin to see through the eyes of this confident version of you.
What feels different?
How do you see things differently?
How do you move?
How do you speak?
How could your life look like if you would imagine connecting with this feeling everywhere you go?
You might even see scenarios in your mind's eye where you will take this feeling with you.
Perhaps you notice how light and good it feels to tap into this part of you more and more.
And I'm curious if a color could remind you of this feeling,
Which color would it be?
Okay.
And you might find yourself remembering and tapping into this feeling every time when you see this color.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
Breathe out,
Allowing your body to soften even more.
And in a moment,
I'll begin to count from one to five.
And you don't need to do anything except allow yourself to return,
Bringing this feeling with you.
On the count of five,
You might begin to move your fingers and toes.
On the count of four,
Becoming aware of the surface beneath you.
Perhaps noticing how your feet are touching the ground or how your clothing is resting against your skin.
On the count of three,
Becoming aware of three sounds around you.
On the count of two,
Perhaps noticing two different scents or simply the quality of the air.
On the count of one,
Noticing one thing that you're grateful for.
Very good.
You can allow your eyes to open,
Coming back to this moment,
Feeling refreshed and hopefully a little more prepared for what is ahead of you.
